Her leg was already coming up before anyone could even tell the dive was coming up way short… if anything give her credit for perhaps backing away enough so that she didn’t make contact and it didn’t become a kick to the face… which still wouldn’t really cushion the dive… it would just add to the damage lol.

      Yeah,mi agree in that you have actually two people on the main roster that are sloppy and unsafe in the ring. One being the obvious which is Nia Jax, and the one that doesn’t get punished and quietly acknowledged and should be held more accountable is Charlotte. Thank god that for every Nia and/or a Charlotte there is a Becky or an Asuka or a Bazler that more than recognizes and knows how to be safe or look out for their fellow wrestlers.
      And you would think with someone like Shana’s mma background that would be sloppy or have trouble making the transition into wrestling and she has more than learned to be safe probably better than anyone working in the wwe right now.

    • @parlowderick
      @parlowderick Před 3 lety +36

      @@EphPhaThaINC Your right about Nia Jax. I think almost everyone realizes that she has been too sloppy and unsafe in the ring for a long time. If she wasn't the Rock's cousin she probably would have never been on a tv match in the first place, much less pushed. I don't think she ever intentionally hurt someone in the ring on purpose, but she is a sloppy and careless performer ,so she should hold herself responsible even if Vince doesn't.
      Charlotte is a different case. She is normally a very good performer in the ring.However that TLC match showed a different side of her. Not sure if the concussion was anyone's fault, but her actions after Kairi was concussed were selfish (also it should be noted that the referee and especially the ones in back are even more to blame and should have taken some kind of action, because anyone watching the match knew something was bad wrong with Kairi Sane ). Even after the match when she was asked in an interview she avoided taking any responsibility saying it was unfortunate and that she was worried about how to get a good match for the fans .

    I just wanna say how amazing these athletes are for their great skillsets they’ve learned. One you can’t learn, is being selfless. That one is something we could all learn from these guys and girls in all the wrestling business. You have provided a safe entertainment that goes unnoticed more than it does noticed. Thank you

    I love that Sasha Banks moment with Asuka. As she's laying there outside the ring, it doesn't look to me like the regular "stunned after a good shot" wrestling thing, she's looking up to the sky like "Fukk, I almost died"

      Like Corbin, she just gets caught in bad storylines but if you booked her exactly like was done in NXT, she would be an absolutely menacing champ

      Her debut to the main roster was perfect. Beating 2 of the four horsewoman in the same match, tying the record of eliminations in a woman’s royal rumble of 8 in 2 minutes, and eliminating every single woman in the elimination chamber match. Them after losing to Becky lynch at wrestlemania, it was all downhill from there.

    I love seeing this kind of brotherhood among them. Even if they're kayfabe rivals in the ring, they still look out for each other and always show professionalism. I know not ALL wrestlers are like that, but it seems like the majority do.

    As a theatre actor, this is a primary reason why I watch WWE, not for the storyline or who beats up who, but watching and learning how much awareness of surroundings these performers have when they're on the stage (ring), taking note of how to act as one whole unit together with all other performers instead of an individual, to make sure your peers are safe. Not about being the champ or so, but rather about taking the role, giving your heart to your duty, no matter how minor the role is.
