- In her message at TGC21, Nancy Guthrie defines biblical theology and how it can transform Bible study as we gain a greater understanding of the Bible through it.
Guthrie says biblical theology is a way of seeing the Bible as one cohesive story about what God is doing in the world through Christ. Approaching the Scriptures with biblical theology as a framework, Christians should experience deeper awe of what Christ has done, not an overwhelming feeling of what we have to do. The smaller stories of the Bible are all woven together into the greater story of Christ-allowing us to see the beauty, sufficiency, and necessity of our union with him.

Same here. Been going to the same church for the past 40+ years and am yearning for sound Biblical, Christo-centric teaching...
The central theme is this. The work of God to bring eternal life, immortality to man and the life that flows from it by HIS DOING.

Every stroke of the pen is living and active within and without, it is speaking of your personal walk in life in the Christ from birth to death and to Life Again it speaks of personal things and things concerning the whole world, we see the image of Christ throughout the whole Bible, but we also see the image of ourselves, it speaks of the reality of life that we all dwell in, it also speaks of being transformed into the image of the Christ that is, the image of the Christ is found within you as the kingdom is found within you, to be brought into perfection, perfect man perfect woman image of Christ son of god son of light love immaculate Love Divine.
Spectacular presentation on biblical Theology. This is solid food.
A wonderful message, however, there is a huge disconnect with regard to theme of Israel and the Church. How could you be so blind regarding the remnant Israel and a true Millennial kingdom? I pray God speaks go you. Zech chapter 14. Jesus touches down on the Mount of Olives, then the Millennial Kingdom begins with the Lord tabernacling with His people, and the church co reigning. Too bad I can't recommend you.
What's the supposed blindness you claim? 🤷
