“Screaming for drugs and shitting the bed...” most accurate description of labour and delivery ever 😂
Sounds like male middle age
@@philipcamp1370 Sounds like last weekend.
@@webcityguymyclubb4032 good bender
@@philipcamp1370 Is there such a thing as a “bad bender”?
The conservatives NEVER do such things😆😆😆😆
"My baby was so big, it treated my insides like a smorgasbord. It picked my bones clean. I was a baby buffet" 😆🤣 I love how graphic she is
Have her teach health class...won't be so many teenage mothers, she's a natural birth control! Never saw this one, hysterical!!
Let's make that happen!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What's wrong with teenage mother's? It's the perfect age to have children, you can still get an education and your kids are grown when you are still young. I was 22 by the way.
I was 19 when I had my first and 21 with my second. My problem is with the unwed 13-20 year old mothers who are unwed, get on welfare, stay on welfare, and continue reproducing with whomever is the 'flavor of the week'. That way of life is destructive to all concerned, including society in general, and from what I've seen, the majority of those are more I interested in having a life, going to parties, and dumping their kids off on others (usually THEIR parents!) because they are 'too young' to be stuck at home, raising the kids they produced. I'm not saying all teen mothers do that, but the majority do...I've seen it in my own community, starting back I. The late 1980's.
@@cynthiaesquibel3191 I totally agree with you in many cases but in my experience lots of friends and acquaintances of mine have been teenage mother's and have been wonderful loving responsible mother's. I do get what you say but I've known older mother's to be pretty rubbish too. It depends on the circumstances. I'm from England by the way.
@Charlotte Bruce- that probably explains the difference then, I'm in the US. The majority of teenage single mothers I've seen over here (including former friends from my youth) weren't interested in being the best parent they could be, they were more interested (after the thrill and attention of a new baby wore off) in how much welfare they could get and who could they dump the baby on so they could party and pick up men. I'm glad that the young mothers you've known weren't like that...it breaks my heart to see that so often over here! My best to you.
"I was in labor so long they had to shave me twice". Classic line. Yes, I'm stealing it. Problem is where and when and in what context I could ever use it. But it's a great line.
Me too. But I’m a man.
Plus they haven't shaved women for labour since the seventies!
@@oliviamartini9700 they do :(
@@Trayleen isn't that just for C-sections?
@@oliviamartini9700 nope. My friends had natural birth and had to do this. But maybe it depends on a place you live in.
Jeanette Krankie.. brilliant choice for a midwife. 😆
"Stitch er up, Nurse....." !!!! LOVE THIS SCENE !!
The midwife was great. Exactly how childbirth is.
The midwife's acting is sooooo good hahahaaha more of her would be great
That midwife's Janet krankie lol😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Love how at 2:25, Saffy's gran is just all like "Oh good Lord, do we REALLY need to hear all this???"
Yes we do, we need to hear every syllable uttered.
"Screaming for drugs and shit the bed!" I am still laughing my ass off.
This was absolutely HYSTERICAL!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Jimmy Bloody Krankie as I live and breathe 🤣🤣🤣🥰
Love the midwife's accent! 😂
''Stitch 'er up nurse'' LOL
When an old babysitter of mine was about to have her first baby, she asked her mom what it felt like to give birth. Her mom asked her, "Have you ever shit a watermelon?" 😆
Bahahahahaaaaaaaa!!
"Stop it, stop it... this is why I have the dreams!" X-)
The "so long in Labour, had to shave me twice.."
That was me
DANG!! :-) :-) :-)(I can laugh now)
One of the best scenes EVER!! “That’s me! Scaredy scraedy!”
Janette Krankie also played a friend of Petula Gordino named Janice in an episode of Dinnerladies.
Another great sit -com by an amazing funny woman, sadly missed...
So hilarious. Love how she gets at Eddie at the end! Lol
I scream with laughter every time the midwife demonstrates child birth! "Pelvic bone! Pelvic bone! More drugs! More drugs! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"
Most realistic description of birth ever televised!
She was so good.....she should have been a series regular.
2:45
One of the funniest scenes of the entire series. 🤣🤣🤣
Skerry Skerry!
This was a surprisingly accurate description of childbirth...
Minus all the fluids😳
MORE DRUGSSSS SOMEONE F***ING KILL ME 😂😂
😟
"When push comes to shove they'll be screaming for drugs and shitting the bed" yes I've had four and that sums it up for me!!!
same with my 14
Same with my 36
One of my favorite side characters ever. Up there with Beth DeWoody.
The sands of time are running through my hourglass!
How did they get thru that scene without breaking? 🤣
That was the funniest thing ever
Do you know my baby is so big it treated my inside like a smorgasbord...
LOL!
I had forgotten just how good this show was, Thanks.
Jeanette krankie is really funny
Finally , someone else remembers “the krankies” 😁 love AbFab
Send this to a first time mom Haha
HAHAHAHA Send it to someone BEFORE they get pregnant! lol
Mama mama. Bluuuuuhhhhhhhghhhhhhhh. LMAO. why did she do that at the end?
You have to watch the entire episode to understand.
That episode starts off with Eddie having nightmares about Saffy's baby chasing after her, and the baby turns out to be the midwife dressed like a baby 🤣
Saffy was overshadowed here by Patsy and Eddie- but watch her in Lark Rise to Candleford and you’ll see a great actress as almost a totally different person. She could be deadpan hilarious as well as dramatically breautiful!
"Ooh...sceery, sceery!" 😄
Jennifer Saunders is an amazing writer
Lots of funny women. Brava.
Scenes like this made it one of my favorite seasons! This woman is a riot!
That nurse is so Scottish 😆
That figures 😂🤣😂
Really? You'd never guess would you that the actress is a Scot
Janette Krankie is more Scottish than Ben Nevis
@@pedanticradiator1491 😆😆😆
One of my favorite Ab Fab moments!
Pretty straight. I had both my boys naturally deliveries and thank God for strong pelvic and abdominal muscles!!
i think i'll adopt
😆😆
Hilarious! 🤣😂🤣
I've not seen this episode!
Ahh wee Jimmy Crankie
If Bubble was there, she would’ve been bouncing about, going; “So it IS a dwarf this time!!!!”. XD
I love June 😂
OMG! She has passed away a few months back. R.I.P Mrs. Whitfield 🙏
Apparently, they haven't always shaved women in labor. When my ex-stepdad asked his mom where he came from, she told him, "Hairytown!" 😆
Only She could carry that off 😆🤣😂🤣👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼💃🏻
Fandabidozi
This is you... this is the baby...
_AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!_
funniest shit ever made
I was so long on labour... they had to shave me twice ‼️
Lmfao brilliant
Hilarious.🤣
I say goodbye like this now
Hands down... The best show ever made!
EXACTLY why I never had children 😱
They don't have to come out like that any more, you can get a C-section
@@BadBoyBobby85
That's not much better. They cut completely through the abdominal muscles to get the baby out, which is excruciating to recover from.
Same here! No kids and pregnancy for me!
omg, Nicola sturgeon cameo :-)
accurate. I've got 2.
BRILLIANT!!!!!!
Love the wine cooler(s)... OMGosh, i peed.
LMFAO!
That Scottish actress was Hookie Mookie in the Ab Fab movie I think :)
That's wee Janette Krankie.
Yes she was her name us Jannette Tough better known as Wee Jimmy Krankie and not to be confused with Scotland's first minister Nicola Sturgeon
Jane Eve yes she was in the Ab Fab movie, but unfortunately because she (Janette Krankie) is a white woman who was playing a Japanese character, Jennifer Saunders was actually accused of a form of racism known as yellow face by a Korean - American comedienne named Margaret Cho. Jennifer actually explained though that Hookie Mookie is just pretending to be a Japanese person and there is no slitty eyes or yellow face makeup.
I never knew Nicola Sturgeon was in this.
I could imagine if she said fandabidozi
Monstrous Hilarious!
Is that Jimmie Krankie? 😂
Yes
Hilarious
❤❤❤❤
Lollllllll.
Is closed captioning written by computers or a drunk?

What do you mean rip Saffy?
I think you mean RIP June ? Lol

The krankies. The ol lass of bonny Scotland. Where's her husband ?
stitch er up nurse
What was that weird thing she was doing at the end? Did it represent something to do with childbirth?
This is who the Vivienne played on snatch game?
She was portraying Patsy
@@sorchanibhriain1375 ohhhh. Thanks.
Hello Brits …. Is this what they do when women are pregnant?
Who the fuck would want kids is beyond me.
Ask your parents. They somehow wanted you after your father crossed a swamp and dragged your mother home by her hair.
Someone was foolish enough to bring you into the world, though.
And this is why so many women are terrified of birth ... tv portrayals set the expectation
Uh, the opposite, tv usually hides what childbirth is actually like. This was more accurate
The only time janette krankie was funny
Mother never had that with me and I never cried much according to BS but my elder brother was a cesarian which is impossible according to a teacher called Batty but not Nora - officialy. My name's not Digger boy - I never said it was - ever. I only remember misbehaving once I took my foot away at the last moment - I hope it WAS drugs and NOT Miss Posh who ever SHE was!!!!😆😆😆
Great writing and acting. Fabulously hilarious.
