If the TB course is complete, you can restart biologics. Etanercept & Secukinumab have lower chance of developing TB as compared to adalimumab. Please speak to your rheumatologist about this.

My Rheumatologist prescribed pre and pro biotic tablets and pantacid 40 for my stomach problem (gur gur sounds in my stomach when I laid on bed ),my stomach problem is not solved even after two months. can I switch rheumatologist? If the pain is not controlled by Tofacitinib--1) Speak to your rheumatologist & see if you have add additional fibromyalgia. If the pain is due to fibromyalgia, it may not settle with tofacitinib 2) If the pain is purely due to AS & not settling with Tofacitinib, you will have to think about biologics.
Sir... Axial spa patient since 2019, dr. Recommended intanercept 50 mg to start with but I denied . Now got relief since last 5-6 months after talking ssz cap with etoricoxib sos with excercise since 2020, though there is a little pain as always but that is no more a hamper to any of my daily works or routines. I also sleep well and woke up with ease with out any weird morning stiffness and pain. I also do abs exercises daily. I had left ssz cap 6 months back But was taking only etoricoxib when the pain level emerges a little bit in about 15 days. Rest ,I am doing exercises and abstinence at the moment. Plz guide should I leave ssz ( this orthodox method) or still continue? Plz Just give ur opinion , i wont disclose this to any rehumatolosgist, bcz they treat us scientifically not emtionally , means if u complain pain they may directly put on injections. 😂Moreover, they give very less time to an individial and take big decisions in seconds like putting on injection etc. Which can spoil our life. Bcz once we are on injections then we are the parmanent guests of hospital. 😮
Please continue Saaz as of now. Keep seeing your rheumatologist & let him decide the tapering of Saaz over a period of time. A few comments that may help you- 1) Abstinence is not required for remission 2) Look at your rheumatologist as your guide who is there to help you. 3) Biologic injections help you achieve remission; not there to spoil your life 4) Decision to start biologics is based on the AS activity & not on the level of pain alone. Quite often they are advised after multiple visits; once the rheumatologist sees that AS is not getting controlled. Though you may feel that they are decided within a second but it is not so. Science, experience with previous patients, current AS activity -all these factors contribute to the decision. 5) Starting biologics --do not mean permanent guests of the hospital as once in remission; they can be stopped 6) If you feel financial considerations are leading to biologics decision- biologics are prescribed regularly & on a long term basis in western countries. There biologics are funded by the government itself & the rheumatologist is questioned in an audit if biologics were not started in a deserving patient.
