There is an army, more people than you can imagine being affected by this corruption. The Abuser will do things that you would never do, they don’t care that you would never stoop so low they will do whatever they can to remove you. It’s disgusting.
We must emphasize this statement because the average person cannot comprehend these behaviors. To further compound the issue, the abusers do not appear to an outsider to be capable of said actions. But they are very capable and strategic. Abusers come in all different shapes and sizes. Abusers are in every socioeconomic level.

How do we support? The family court system needs huge reform. The biggest fear of leaving an abuser is that your kids will be with them without you to protect them. I got c-ptsd from the court system. I used to think something like this was a horror story and I’ve learned that it’s relatively common. Our poor children, whose safety has less priority than an abuser’s “right” to victimize his/her children. The hardest part has been learning that their words don’t count in the court of law. I know we need complete reform. Just not sure what to do.
Agreed, agreed, agreed! Just walking into the court room is a trigger....are the court staff trained on this? (I know they are not trained, the question is rhetorical.) Hoe to help, I set up a GoFundMe for Christina. I am not sure if can share on on this platform. I will check.
The legislatures are aware of what’s going on they have been for a long time. Doesn’t seem to matter. They don’t care. I’m not trying to discourage you. I’m just trying to tell you that we have asked for help for a long time. The bill is good. Hopefully it will help but there is judicial discretion and that’s the problem. I’ve been told by a lawyer that the legislature is powerless to change the judiciary. It’s the governors council and the governor that appoint lawyers so that might be where we need to go and who we need to hold accountable.💔
Thank you for this feedback. I am not as savvy in the political space so I appreciate any and all insight. I am hopeful that we can raise awareness on the issue to prevent it from happening to others and to stop it for those currently in a battle. Thus far, we have 8 victims who have come forward with similar stories with the same Judge. I am in shock.

People are sick. These men should feel ashamed of themselves, the way they use and abuse children. And women just too get what they want. Their health will suffer later on in life.
Tell your kids the truth that you’re not allowed to see them and you don’t understand why, but you are fighting for them

Good luck, maybe with so many individuals with the same judge, you may have some luck.
