If you are White, Indian, Chinese or whatever, yes you can live there but you are a foreigner in SA, in Botswana, in Ghana, Gambia, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria etc. It does not belong to you.
Indians view India with the same principle and the same principle guides how the Chinese view China.
No white person would go to China and proclaim that China belongs to all who live in it or go to India and say that India belongs to all who live in it.

Because of this loss of roots, I have adopted Jamaica as my home. This was made more acceptable because the Afro-Jamaican population has embraced this island and made it our own. In our minds, Jamaica is like Madagascar, just an island off the shores of continental Africa.

Rutendo is a Zimbabwean national who resides and making his living in South Africa but he keeps on telling the people about opportunities available in Zimbabwe, naturally he must be the first person to avail himself to those opportunities.
