You really missed the most choice areas of this neighborhood; one block in on either side of OBT, Rio Grande, Texas Ave, Americana Blvd., Oak Ridge Rd.
Skylake north I'm south Orlando has lots of cubans now. There's a cuban restaurant Cafe de Pinar. On Voltaire and sandlake. U cross sandlake and Voltaire going north and u enter Skylake in Pine Castle. Bell isle is not to far across orange.
I would be really interested in making a map (like an actual image) where I can block off the bad parts of Orlando to avoid in general. After doing some of my own research and of course learning from this wonderful channel, I basically ended up blocking off the entire left (west) side of the city. Then I realized it might be easier to note down what the only good parts and forget trying to label the bad parts. So far for decent parts of Orlando I've got: Winter Springs, Oviedo, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Conway, Windermere, Maitland and perhaps also Longwood. Anything I'm missing in terms of good areas?
All of it is decent exce0t for West orlando along west 50/pine hills and south orlando around OBT AND millenia. Those are the only real bad areas to avoid.
@@elguapo90 How is the Milk District and Lake Eola Heights. I am thinking of moving to Orlando and need to be close to downtown. I liked the homes for sale in that area.
I was all over the marcy area looking for some smoke while i was on vacation in disney and barely saw anyone walking the streets .im from Baltimore and orlando hoods looked like tinsle town conpared to bmore
Jose, PLEASE go see what is happening with the 300 or more Cubans,that came over by boat!!they r in the Keys,landing on the islands,and being taken to all around the Keys.Desatan is probably shipping them to other places??I would like to KNOW what is going on, PLEASE respond,I will help with housing for a small family.
These Cubans coming now had decades of WET FOOT DRY FOOT and never came legally. They had plenty of opportunity to escape and didn't because you have to work in USA and there was plenty of rum. Now because the party is over they wanna come illegally. I went to el paso because there were thousands of people crossing. turns out we saw like 2 people jump just to get detained immediately. Yes Cubans are coming NOW, the same cubans who could have came here 20 years ago SAFELY and LEGALLY but refused to do it. it took starvation and more oppression to make them come. They are mostly not gonna adapt well, they have little chance of becoming citizens with the current situation in USA chances are most will get deported sadly.
You don't need Jose to tell you what you should already know. it's due to the USA not having secure borders. If the USA only had a wall or barbed-wire fence with stationed patrols; would dramatically reduce the illegal immigration to the USA.Not saying that the whole USA would have a border; just the areas with the most illegal immigration activity. I sadly tend to agree with Trump on this one; if you're not going to go through the legal process of becoming an USA citizen and follow USA laws, then you wont enter the USA and will be deported from the country you illegally immigrated from.

They keep homelessness to a minimum here.. they keep it away from the tourist areas of course.. this looks peaceful now because it's daytime... I wake up every morning and put on the news and there are at least 3 shootings reported from the night before .and those are just the ones that the news reports .. it's a whole other place once the sun goes down...

@@elguapo90 Well there's some other examples like Eatonville which is not a big area but has overwhelmingly high crime.
Winter springs is not Orlando. Try Bell isle or Edgewood
Lake Mary.. Lake Nona... Horizon West are good safe areas.
