Very mature way of handling an employee error situation. I've been in a managerposition in the past, and I always truely felt that it doesn't matter if an employee makes mistakes (provided they don't make them all the time of course). What matters is how they deal with an error. Sounds like Feder (sorry if I misspelled) handled it correctly in recognizing his error and owning up to it. Same can be said for you guys, you handled his error correctly aka "shit happens". If you don't want to make any mistakes, don't do anything.....

It's one thing when an accident happens because an employee was screwing around or not following set procedures. But when something like what happened in this case, bottom line, it sucks but it's part of running any business Nobody got hurt, nobody was killed....that is what is important....equipment can be replace...a person is priceless. Great video, can you not cut the excess threads of the hinges to prevent it happening again?

Is it possible to get the tires booted and put tubes in? I'm sure that you have thought of this but I had to do this with Loader tires when I was running a stone quarry and it worked fantastic. Maybe even for spares? Thanks and you are a man amongst men sir. The way you stick up for your employees says a lot about you sir. I am sure he feels bad, as any good employee should. Love the channel.
