To answer the question about buff crabs: yes, it seems crabs can build muscles. They have meat, so it stands to reason. Even insects, who have a rather different body structure, were observed to have strengthened their muscles with use.
Perfect example. Hermit crabs. You ever seen a COCONUT crab? same thing just never left the gym. Literally a giant hermit crab too big for a shell. 😅
I recall crabs and all that falls in it’s category gains muscles but when it reaches to a point they just peel there exoskeleton like skin. Then regrows its new skin.
Dont insects not have muscles? They use hydrolics to move their limbs
@@Staladus If I understood correctly, they also have muscles, but true, they move via other means as well.
"crab boi commits tax evasion"
Who ever voice Nephro sounds like a space marine and I can’t help but love that also I really anticipated this game for its style.
Whoever voiced Nephro definetly had a fun time!
@@TheAwesome0Possumthe person who voiced him is the same person who voiced Gabriel in Ultra kill
So it's safe to say that his voice acting is top-notch
I thought he sounded familiar! :D
So fun to see Gianni Matragrano here!
Err, hear* him here
Shame you don't normally get to do series cause I would love to see more of this.
I do hope you play more of this, it looks good
Ok was not expecting a somewhat nature documentary during the intro, also love how this game trys to be cleaver in hiding foal language
I hope you make this game into a series, this game looks amazing
The Shark guy sounds like Michael Reeves…
He's the VA
No way! I thought so as well, but I couldn't believe it. It's really true!? That's so neat!

Rude snail really bummed out Crab Lebowski's chill, man.

1:16 Water was what I thought
Awesome game. Just bought it.
Hey wander when will you be making another video of this
Your voice is perfect for him❤😂
I have to go buy this now
it seems very colorful but the trash everywhere makes it just as depressing as dark souls
In case you haven't gotten there yet, there's an NPC who upgrades you with the crystals that the game doesn't explain to you very well
I thought it explained that well, it just takes a little bit until it does
This is in gamepass I thought it was a different game I will be downloading it tomorrow lol
Is this a shells-like game....
Hoo god is that good
This game heavily reminds me of the spy X family abridged
Specifically because of microplastics
Dark souls games are beautiful....

Will play this on Xbox for sure!
The Switch version sucks ☹️. Man I hope they patch it soon
Guys let's get this too a 1 000 likes to get enotcher episode
All Soulslikes should have difficulty selections like this one has.
And anyone who says that it "ruins the artistic vision of the Devs" knows nothing about art or 'artistic vision'.
I disagree with this, I believe it depends on the creators choice. If there's no difficulty selection then I think that's how the creator wanted it to be played as but if there is then the creator is obviously giving a choice. Both are fine
@@lewanbroski504 Difficulty settings doesn't change the "art" of the game any more than printing a book in different font sizes or listening to music on various stereos changes the "art" of it.
Creators don't get to decide how art is viewed/played/interpreted. And that's a good thing. Creators make the thing, and let it go.
If a game maker doesn't put difficulty selection, it's like not putting in scaling resolution, or configurable controls. It's basic QoL. Games are software and a product too.
@matthuck378 but not all form of art is for everybody, the souls games even the ones that are locked are accessible for everybody but if the game isn't your cup of tea be it because of a locked difficulty then it's fine to turn that off. It's like listening to a new genre of music and not liking it or tasting a new taste and not enjoying it. It's fine not to enjoy things. However, I still believe a locked difficulty in a game should be there if the creator wanted their game to be expirenced that way
To respond to both of you, I do think that difficulty settings are part of the "art" - I think there is artistic choice in games made for just a few people or even for no one - but I also think it's very silly for any developer to limit their core audience in such a way as most soulslikes tend to do. They offer all these ways of taking on less or more challenge (leveling up/farming levels, using good gear, letting you tackle challenges nonlinearly) but they always seem to draw the line at making the precision inputs less precise. I won't say those games *should* have those kinds of options because art doesn't have any such obligations, but there really ought to be more games like this one which do.
You can throw around "artistic intent" all you want, but I think most creators do want as many people as possible to enjoy the specific thing they wanted to make, and I suspect the original Souls games have given many devs a limited imagination for how to accommodate for different skill levels. Artistic intent is fluid and artistic vision isn't 20/20.
@@matthuck378creators choose how they WANT art to be viewed. If a creator wants to make something hard, they're allowed to do that
Capitalism is pretty shit
love how all the reviews lied about this piece of buggy shit.
It's bug free for me. Maybe it's just buggy on one platform?
Sounds like a problem on your end
@@wanderbots steam its un- completable complete mess of a game audio issues hit box issues fps lags out after an hour to single digits game breaking bugs that stop progression after 10 hours falling in the terrain grapple hook issues range enemys aim bot ganking from bugged hit boxes the list goes on and on and on cut scenes glitching out camera getting stuck in terrain i could go on.
putting the assist mode on right away is so incredibly oof and disappointing, id have no issue if you waited and got a feel for how you feel the games difficulty is... but you aint even battled the first boss....
I'm on a medical fast right now, so I have zero energy nor desire for a challenge.
@@wanderbots thanks for the taster, and showing off the assist mode (and gun "story" mode haha). Its easy to know your limits beforehand, and showing the assist modes off means I likely will actually get this rather than pass over it 👌
@@wanderbots like the assist mode jas me genuinely interested in this game as my 1st souls like I have a lot of dexterity and processing issues so the general insane one difficulty of most souls like have made me not even try
