Pretty sure it’s just a binding of Isaac reference, since it’s applicable to Hutts, NL, Sinvicta, and just about every other YT/Twitch Isaac streamer.

It was a few months ago, after I got sick of voicmeeter having issues. So I got a fancy rode interface and swapped to davinci.
Glad to hear it sounds good though! I'll have to do a write up on my setup someday.

Combination of new bosses + them getting buffed by the core pickup tripped me up when trying the new update, fun though

Miracle Beetle + Dragon egg is a great combo
Beetle becomes a random item every few waves, and that counts as getting an item for egg damage buff

Last thing, the Charge items, they are just apply [X] effect to your bullet after [Y] seconds (charge time)
With autofire you'll automatically fire the charged shot once its charged

You talking about items having meaningful scalability and most roguelikes just feeling like you do the same run over and over, it made me actually think of binding of isaac. There are some stinkers, but there are also a lot of really wacky ways to upgrade your tears that fundamentally change how they work or your run works and they combine in interesting ways as well. I bet that's part of why that game stuck around for so long.

I’m very happy seeing you play this game ! I’m playing it these times for fun.
I’ve got to say you saw only one of the new bosses. Means there’s even more to discover.
If you want to play more I’ll 100% watch it, there isn’t a ton of stuff to discover (except some items, you got to try the fireworks it’s crazy good) but it’s still cool.
The planet where you move your ship around is super good as you can avoid attacks easily.
Anyway I get it if you have trouble playing without pain or discomfort. Must not be easy.

the last boss slowly tightening around a cloud of bullets made me check out the damage and youtube compression painted half the bar pink for a solid second
