Hello Mirko, thanks for share your work! Do you think can be good idea add a universal keyless chuck in order to make easy tool replacement? Or this accessory can do all more inaccurate? Regards

I had a bad experience with universal chuck (wobble chuck, unusable for cnc milling), but most of my staff came from china. Now I pick end mills that are 3.175 in diameter because that's max for my engraver. I hope for an upgrade to chuck for er11 collet. If you have nearby store then try it, you can return it if it's bad and wobble.

Hello may I ask i search the best tapered ball nose bits. Most I want to use about 40mm or 30mm thick pieces wood. Now I use 3.175mm ball nose but I see and hear some vibration on the bit. So I search on aliexpress for tapered ball nose but I don't know what point size I must have. Can you help me ? Thanks

Vibration is probably coming from decentred collet holder or machine have some play... or you are trying to machine too hard material too fast for your cnc machine.
