Hola buenas. En una muela tengo una especie como de tomo Gordon que no puedo masticar bien y me molesta. Que solución habría??
English please
@@AzharFPD In one tooth I have a kind of fat volume that I can't chew well and it bothers me. What solution was there?
Hi, you should go to your dentist to assure you and make the proper investigation and treatment.
Generally if you are 18-25 years old and the tissue mass over the tooth is related to the last tooth in the mouths especially the lower arch this may indicate that your wisdom tooth is erupting or its eruption is not complete. If the tissue mass is painfull when chewing and make you feel sour throat this means there is inflammation and need your doctor to write a prescription for you. If the tissue mass is not related to the last tooth but any other tooth, this might be slight gum inflamation or hyperplasia or the tooth itself might be dead and the puplal tissue is overgrowing from it.
All of this is just speculations and my recommendation for you is to pay a visit to your doctor.
Thank you
وش الفرق بينهم metal and cermic
Metal is more conservative for tooth structure
In preparation
What type of burs are you using.I am dental student and i use your work as a guide.Thank you for fantastic videos !
Hello, Martin.
Thanks for your feedback.
We used medium-sized diamond stone (blue color coded), flat-ended tapered stone.
If you have anything else in mind, don't hesitate to ask.
Wish you the best of luck.
Plz mention d bur size/no for diff surfaces
wawoooooooooooooooooooooo
What are those false molars made out of? They look almost like plastic
They are made of Acrylic resin.
I would always start with buccal, then oral and after that approximal, cause it is easier to get through the disto-oral part. Aswell in germany we don't start with cuts buccal, for students it is way easier to just swing around with a Torpedo. While you prepared the ligual part you touched the 7er, we get killed for that in Göttingen ;)
Your opinion is respectable; however, in my opinion, the sequence of the preparation is individual dependent. What fit one clinician does not necessarily fit the other. And for dental students, from my observations, starting with the occlusal surface is the most suitable for them.... best regards.
& that is the beauty of dentistry!
you probably dont give a shit but does any of you know of a trick to log back into an instagram account??
I stupidly lost the login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me!
@Kylen Cannon instablaster =)
@Enzo Dawson i really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process atm.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Please mention Which burs u used🤍.
if the cut was given sub-gingivaly how would u prepare it then? the same way or any way else? i am a dental student, so if u can answer it would be great
+rid suvro in cases of making subgingival finish line you can follow this guide : First: finish all your preparation supra gingival, second: pack a small size ( tipple or double zeros ) retraction cord in the gingival sulcus. Third: make your preparation margin just above the retraction cord.
thanks for the help

Osm sir 👌🏾
Thank you
thank you
Thanks
u r right , i didn't take photos for finished preparation. you have sharp eyes yasser :)
Pls mention measurements for buccal, lingual, proximal and occlusal reduction
Can you also tell which burrs you used for crown preps
Occlusal preparation could be smoother? I guess.
Functional cusp beveling?
What about it?
thx . what about the finishing line 🤔
Whag about it?
Superb work ,👌👌
Thank you

falto biselar no?
Excuse me, I didn't get it.
Hy
Good
Thank you
🦷
Its chamfer margin?
Lingual chamfer, buccal shoulder
Hello! Does it matter if you begin the preparation with the occlusal surface at this preparation? Why do you choose to begin with the buccal surface?
he started with buccal because it may be easier for the seperation part.
well mostly it matters if its frontsl tooth coz you might lose control of the hight of the tooth
Pov: you paused the video coz you heard a mobile ringing in your room.
Thank you for the great notice, you surely are clever.
عليا الطلاق إحنا ما عايشين
Nice
Sorry but the preparation is not superb. As described below you touched the 37 that is technically an assault. Furthermore its the 36 has 5 cusps. If you want to prepare anatoform you should see 5 cusps after the preparation. In this example only 4 can be seen an these are arranged geometrically and not anatoform.
I appreciate your perspective. Achieving sufficient room for uniform restoration is indeed crucial in dental preparations. While preserving original anatomy is ideal, occasional adjustments may be necessary without compromising overall quality. If there's anything specific you'd like assistance with or discuss further, feel free to let me know. Best regards!
