Very good tutorial. Clear and concise. You do have to love the way in which dental school faculty explain these procedures. They almost always take five times longer than one has in private practice. And although I do not have personal experience, it is my understanding that the reimbursements in NHS dentistry are shocking indeed, and I'm sure only the most talented clinicians can avoid a sacrifice in quality in order to meet time constraints. It is, of course, the patient that suffers most.
