It was extremely sunny and is highly favorable for a task like this as it allows quick dry of sealant & stickers. However the technicians felt a moment of frustration due to warming sun. Tough task but great execution.
Credits to these technicians who skillfully replaced it all in just a couple of hours without any sophisticated equipment or machinery. Their skills and expertise speak for themselves. Hope they get to switch using hand gloves and much more tools.

screws are to hold the glass until the silicon drys up. BTW most of the cases they are not removed.

liquid is local orijnal liquid in the xerman body
Silicon sealant is not good for glass bonding. Polyurethane sealant has to be used. This also recommended by Volvo.
