Karsten Creek - Golf Review - The Boss Golfs

Home of the OSU Cowboys. Widely considered the best public course in Oklahoma this course offers an engaging challenging course experience in a great woodland parkland-style course. Designed by Tom Fazio this course offers the beauty his courses are traditionally known for but is highly challenging with all fairways lined with dense woods or water. The fairways are reasonably generous but errant shots can disappear quickly. The course conditions are amazing, and since the course is built for college students and about an hour from a major city it is not overrun. The course stretches to 7400 yards and the course feels big but not overbearing from the correct tees. When playing this course remember it is designed to challenge the best future golfers so the greens will be fast, and the fairways will be firm. One of the best experiences is in the clubhouse and viewing all of the trophies OSU has amassed over the decades.
