I have the same board. Replaced Belts, tires and sandpapers so far. Every 10 rides I do light maintenance on the board and tighten up the screws. Also planning to replace rear trucks for the new Hypertruck and keep the belt system.
I got the same problem with the screws not holding in place and the inserts in the wood deck kind of popping off too when too much rattle, what new screws did you use please and did you replace the threaded inserts as well ? Great video btw, thanks for your work.

If they are then presumably the board has only got about 20 miles on it cos those things wear out when you so much as look at them! :D One tip, fella: get the badass Matrix2 baseplates from eToxx. Those stupid plastic ones *will* break
I just got the DSS50+ But haven't gotten a chance to take it out yet because of the winter, the battery is now 6 years old but still looking good. ? how much range Were you getting out of the DSS50+
You said nazare 27 mile range is less than expected? It's listed as 21-28miles so that's as expected. From an editing perspective, volume decreases when you're talking outside so I had to increase volume - normalize it to match the indoor part. Great vid nonetheless

A proto is project but the jaw is a complete so depends how much you want to invest
When you think 10s5p is light and easy to carry you are either a body builder or your other boards have very very big batteries !
