Ok so wife and I do the medium don’t think we are ready for hard mode but soon cause the loot is crazy good I think we could do hard mode we do have the PM-71 which does really good damage we have the rockets if we setup a lot of explosive traps maybe we could pull out the W lolol

As of right now there aren't any bases within the mountain region
I timed my purchase just right it seems! The game just got a bunch of updates and new features 2 months ago. I play on skirmish and usually medium to hard base defense. I pretend it's urgent and go with what ever haha. Anyway, the companion helps a ton as well and yes, just get the rocket launcher turrets.
damn, you made this looking easy mode 🤪It is definitely good to have a base that is not built with only wood lol...
I feel as though unless you've done a ton of base assaults before starting your first base it will have to be made out of wood cause you wont have enough concrete, but yeah with experimentals it really is easy haha
just recently started playing gen zero again and did the companion and building blocks mission yet couldn't access the defense missions but figured it out so i look forward to probably getting wrecked my first few attempts at hard mode after doin easy and medium (and the lmg experimental is the only one I'm missing)
so i hope i get lucky
I do those missions for easy stuff on easy. I tried medium and whilst it wasn't terrible. i just don't fancy losing my base to hard. I will watch instead.
yeah it is a really good way to get materials early on by only killing like 20 machines
@@KilroyPlaysEasy schematics too. Not that the experimental ammo comes cheap enough to splurge on. The requirements for that stuff are just too much. Farming uranium is a long grind but, it's good to have all those items unlocked.

What rivals should I farm for experimental weapons?

Honestly I get more experimentals and 5 crowns from base defence and base assault than I do rivals so I would recommend them :)
New to the game. Are there base design vids that you have put out?
If not, can you recommend a base design that is good for a solo player but can also be useful for 2 players?
Where should I build?
I haven't got any base designs as of yet because I tend to focus more on destroying the machines as fast as possible so you won't need a fancy base. I will be going over some of the best base locations in a future video though. one of my favourite locations is the Ravinen control point which is located on the right hand side of the Sorken command bunker in the farmlands region.
Any tips for farming wood and the fabric material
wood is found legit everywhere you just have to collect little trees and fabric is found in houses, from dead civies and what not :) you just have to spend time looting g
Can i ask why your using the wood type walls? Is the soviet reignifoirced not better in terms of HP? Please lmk
concrete is expensive especially at the start of the game so it was more to show new players you can still do base defences on hard mode with the crappy walls

@@user-iv7sj7zg7h depends if your good enough to take out all the machines before they get to shoot at the walls g, if you can then dont waste the mats if you can't then you'll need to waste the mats haha

What difficulty are you playing on?
skirmish so normal difficulty
For me it say generate region threat when I try to start a mission
yeah you have to destroy machines until fnix attacks one of your bases
I did it on hard mode and didn’t get any reward at all? Bug?
So in summary the best way to get experimental weapons is to already have a bunch of experimental weapons
no not at all its just easier when you have one of them lol some 5 crown weapons are better than the 6 crown variants
He said don't do it on hard mode without experimental weapons.
