Has my opinion on the Kindle Scribe changed? (6 Month Review)

When the Kindle Scribe was released in November 2022 there was a ton of excitement for Amazon entering into the e-Ink tablet space, but at the time of release it's software was not on par with the Boox, reMarkable or SuperNote devices. Now 6 months later, Amazon has released their first update for the device and I think now it is time to give it a proper review. How does it stack up against the Boox, reMarkable & SuperNote devices and who might get good value from the device?
