I always try to consider everyone's opinion, but that statement is pretty crazy. It is constantly marketed, and for free. Most companies would pay millions of dollars to get the kind of marketing that that it gets.

Nobody ever expected or intended a bunch of liberals or non-political instagram people to go join Truth Social.
It’s a free speech fail safe that can’t be banned. It uses its own Rumble servers unlike parlor who used Amazon servers which is what got it killed. Truth is for the patriots to congregate where they can discuss their different reasonable opinions.
Also, X is still not free of censorship, and it could change for the worse at any moment. Just something to keep in mind.
Of course there is value in sane people being on X to help the moderate/ignorant people. But I see very little value in trying to reason with the unreasonable blue hair Marxists.

People call it an “echo chamber” like that is an objectively bad thing. I understand that there is little to no debate between the “left” and “right” on there. That’s not what it’s for. Nobody expected the liberals, moderates, and millennials to use it! 🤣
Notwithstanding, there is certainly good and valuable debate between the people who are there. Believe it or not, the “right” is much more philosophically and politically diverse than the “left.” The left pretty much believes what they’re told, but it’s very different on the right; many on the right-including Fellow Trump supporters-have their personal beliefs they have formulated, rightly or wrongly, and have disagreements on things.

For example, in the past few years I know of two huge sites that were only in America for over a year. Those sites were the WWE Network, and DAZN. DAZN was only in the U.S., then it went to Japan, then they went to the UK, and just recently have spread out. Again, you do not just make a site and think that site is gonna be available everywhere. That is not how it works.

A SPAC is merely a means to bring a private company to the public market with less barriers to entry.
You don't have to report any earnings until the merger actually takes place, it is encouraged to report but not mandatory.
Rumble also went public through a SPAC. there are multiple SPAC sponsors looking to bring private companies public.
SPACs are excellent Arbitrage vehicles for savy investors but if you ask one most investors don't even understand how they work

A very important fact. As an Australian I cannot register an account. You must be an American or in America.
If you want a platform that is not infiltrated with bots and foreign influences the Truth Social is your app.
