The craziest thing about Bad Omens is that Noah sounds EXACTLY the same live. It's amazing. Quickly became one of my favorite bands and albums of all time.
It's not all that crazy. It just means what we hear in the studio versions of their songs IS his voice almost to an exact T, minus any autotuning, layering, or audio filters added during production. It shows how much of an amazing singer he is.

these guys are the real deal. I work at a venue where they performed, and 1) dude can REALLY sing. 2) they really are this tight. such an insane show, but funniest part is, i'm HORRIBLE with names, and i've had a bunch of their songs on my playlist, but because i didn't know who they were (faces) it didn't click it was them until they started to perform. They're all incredibly nice people, which makes it that much better. A must see band.

Bad Omens is an insanely talented group of humans. Noah's abilities as a vocalist are unmatched by anyone I have ever heard in my 57 years. Most bands need 2 to 3 people to do what Noah is capable of. I am completely awestruck. Definitely my new favorite band. So diverse! 'Dethrone' to 'Just pretend' and all points in between.
I would say Chester Bennington of linkin park could’ve given him a run for his money vocals wise. Edit : Matt Bellamy of Muse could definitely too!

Its crazy that i've been listening to metalcore for years, and only discovered Bad Omens 2 weeks ago. They slap so hard, and every song they release just hits the right notes for me. They absolutely deserve more recognition.
They're good, but drums and programming a little lacking for me. But then again I'm comparing them to Jordan Fish BMTH and Mr Hahn Linkin Park. The build just isn't here. The song is flat. They're talented something is getting lost

@@buffhorses3632 This particular song might not be metalcore, but Bad Omens is listed as a metalcore band. For example, Motionless in White or Imminence are also metalcore bands, while alot of their songs arent metalcore to begin with.

he's got some tubes after a while, and the color coming out of the typewriter is the same as the fluid, and i'm thinking at one point it could have been blood? not sure.
If you look at it later in the video, it is formed into a padlock. Some padlocks do somewhat resemble CPU cooler fins. I interpret this as a form of technopunk lock that binds the collar around his neck. He's a prisoner meant to just type up songs all day. In the video as well, they're inside a mirrored box, trapped in their image/the image the record company/industry expects of them. Lyrically, the song somewhat has tones of being trapped with 'nowhere to go'; 'blood signed, we made a pact' - the contract they signed; the bridge of the song sounds like they are talking about being mislead into a contract, lawyers speaking legalspeak "in tongues" to confuse and mislead to a contract that benefits the record label, etc, etc.
Obviously, this is just my interpretation. Most lyric sites tend to lean towards songs being about personal relationships, failed loves and such but that's not always how I see things.
I look at that same cooler every day of the week lmao.

I have fallen in love with Bad Omens. A series of stupid events led to a 12 year relationship ending and the other person moving to Germany because reasons. I ended up in a drained, dark place and Bad Omens helped me keep my sanity. This song is my favorite. Thank you, and more of this please!

А насчет ожиданий от группы: понять можно, но опять же, ничто не вечно, всё меняется и развивается. Сомневаюсь, что возможно всю карьеру писать хорошую музыку в одном и том же жанре так, чтобы при этом не надоедало ни тебе, ни слушателям.
Скаканием со стула на стул тоже не стала бы это называть: никто не знает, по каким причинам группы меняют звучание. Может быть действительно погоня за мейнстримом, а может желание попробовать что-то новое или банальная смена вкуса у музыкантов ну и так далее.
А вот с перенасыщением в жанре полностью соглашусь. Но оменсы, по-моему, неплохо вписались. Не слишком предсказуемо и со своим стилем

The entire album is amazing…Each song sounds so different from the previous one and they each just have their own feel. Noah’s voice is a gift to experience. The lyrics, the music, everything fits perfectly together. So happy they are gaining in popularity as they definitely deserve it. They are also so kind and well spoken in interviews. I’m obsessed ♥️

This really is one of those game changing albums that is gonna inspire a myriad of bands down the line. I do think this band is the next BMTH not necessarily in terms of sound but in the sense that they are ahead of the curve and will keep pushing boundaries.
It took me a minute when I first started to listening to this band that Noah and Ollie's voices sound similar. But I absolutely have the same love for Bad Omens that I do for BMTH

they only sounded exactly like the sempiternal album their first 2 albums.. i love them now, but they were straight biting off of them at first
some of the tracks they use in their music are reminiscent of nothing more and the weeknd. a strange combo which should point to the unique edge they have to their sound.

Its funny. Once you've seen that specific studio with a ceiling made entirely of color changing light panels in one video, you start to notice it showing up in lots of other videos.

Я узнала о группе лет 6 назад; кто-то в вк залил их песни под именем bring me the horizon. Спасибо этому человеку, иначе я бы никогда не узнала или прошла мимо крутой группы

Checking this band out after going to Rockville. Everyone was talking about them. Unfortunately, I wasnt gonna move from my spot I was holding for Breaking Benjamin to see Bad Omens. This band is growing on me.
I'm so grateful for stumbling upon this band. I listen to their new album every day. All songs are 👏 amazing. I need to see them live but they sell out quick!! The singer is so amazing. They all are!

I just found Bad Omens by complete accident and omg they've easily shot up the being one of my favorite bands. I still need to go back and listen to the older albums, but the entirety of 'the death of peace of mind' is a masterpiece!!!
Their first album is fantastic. Exit Wounds is a personal favorite of mine, but that whole album is a blast.
