At 33 i had already had 2 kids, 4 surgeries, 1 divorce and had 5 friends and 4 animals die. I didnt look my age either but that was a gift of good genes. I only look old now because my mind, body and soul are out of whack due illnesses galore and other shit. But i still dont look like im on the steady march to 60. Lol

I don't know man BVB used to be far more fun and riffy in their early days. This song is like half build up and repetitive chorus and even then the breakdown is just generic 2020 metalcore.

BVB is the best example of maturing as a band, musically and spiritually speaking. Growing and growing, aiming even higher!
not at all im pretty disappointed. Jake posted a brief video of him using a seven string and i was very excited to hear them use seven strings going forward, however it looks like they aren't willing to experiment with their sound. Matter of fact they sound worse with each release. All the band members (despite their individual large talent) seem to have been put on the sidelines in favor of Andy being front and center which would be fine but for a man that has a HUGE vocabulary he's become very unimaginative with his lyrics relying too much on chant-y hooks. A LOT of their songs use the "we are *noun*" or "we will *verb" formula and it gets a little tiresome to listen to.

Oh my God, it just gives me goosebumps. You guys are great. Andy in the image of Sweeney Todd is amazing to the core. I'm thrilled.
So, I'm not a BVB fan, and I start out saying that for clarification, not with malicious intention. Over several years I've seen Andy in various interview scenarios, and he consistently came across as a down to earth guy with sort of an accidental charisma. Wickedly funny as well. I had checked out the music a few different times, and I never thought it was bad, it just wasn't for me. It went on like that for years, I'd stumble over some Andy content, think damn that guy is great, and it ended there. Today this MV came through my feed and I said fck it, lets try again.

I don't know why, it just really feels like this song holds a lot of subtle references to all the outcasts showing the rest of the world they all bleed the same shade of red as all of us. Add in the awesome gang vocals and this song just feels like the perfect new rally cry for the BVB Army.
