In my parts she's a loading shovel. Or the terex 😂 It's also called a diet feeder normally. There's a mod online where you can lift anything-even tractor's- so if you need to use that off screen for that bale go for it
Got one back there but I'm on one x so I won't ever get it out. I tried for like 30 minutes and gave up.
If you read the information on the animal tab/under cows, you will see that you can give either TMR(100%) Hay/Silage(75%) Or Grass(25%), so you don’t have to give them everything. Only TMR for 100%. But it’s your gameplay I I’m not telling you want to do, keep up the great work. #Survival👍🏻
you only have to feed them tmr and hay as that will keep them at 100% as that what i do and if you want pigs i surgest planting field 18 with corn as they take a fair bit
Mower suggestion: place the front mower directly in front of the rear mower, but to the right side of the door. That way you can back in and drop the back mower and then pull straight forward and drop the front mower to the right (as seen from the inside of the shed, looking out) of the door. This would help with attaching the mowers also. I hope this helps.
Daggerwin, in the title screen options menu, if you go to graphics, then advanced graphics, you can change the number of mirrors. I believe it defaults to 3. You should set it to at least 5, so you don't have blank (or static) images in some of your mirrors.

Actually, it was your request for this functionality in the first episodes that made me think, hmm, why not try to make a mod to fix it. (Of course I lacked the functionality too due to the new necessity to repair equipment in FS19). Hopefully you will keep your equipment in better condition from now on... ;)

Cows don't need grass for productivity if you have TMR. TMR is 100% productivity

When you’re picking up bales, if you hit and push the bale you want to pick up next with the bale that is already on your spike then the two will match up and you can simply lift the bale on your spike and put it on top. Real like farming tip

Reality is the city is a far different beast to the country at night. There is sooo much light coming from a multitude of sources in the city, street lights, houses, businesses, cars etc. Whereas in the country there just isn't any light at all. Quite often the roads have no street lights and especially in an area populated with farms and fields there wont be any businesses giving off light so the fact it's extra dark compared to what a lot of us might be used to really isn't that surprising.

Ever think about buying the hay/straw loft? No need to bail straw or hay when you have that and you can pull the mixer wagon right up to it and load it from the loft. I find it very useful. love the vids

Nice video as usual Daggerwin! Just for your information, in FS19 you don't need to gather ALL the required ingredients. If you put only TMR it will put the productivity to 100% (unless putting TMR+Silage+Grass bumps up the productivity to 200% but I don't think so). You don't need to make grass bales! :)
Daggerwin, there is a mod that makes you strong and you can lift heavy tings. Install it and remove the bale with hands. Also, for your cows to have 100% productivity you need TMR or Hay/Sillage and Grass, you don't have to give them all at once. TMR is 100% alone and Hay/Sillage is 75%, Grass is 25% it says it in the cow menu. If you give them all 3 they will eat only TMR until it's out, then they will start eating Hay/Sillage and when that is out they will start eating the grass. If you have TMR they won't eat anything else. I give my cows only TMR and they have 100% productivity all the time.

Hey Daggerwin love the vids. In regards to the darkness at night. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the lights for sheds and when workers are being used they don’t come on /turn on til about 8:30 to 9 at night but have read somewhere that has been fixed and has been changed to 7:30 now.

Just a suggestion, you could put the front mower right next to the door so you'll just come in and attach the front and the rear and be good to go, no need for attaching and reversing.
Daggerwin in fs 19 all you have to do is feed your cows total mixed ration you don't need to do grass or hay
You need hay for the TMR though. And if you feed them everything they're more productive

In case you don't remember from FS17: selling silage at the BGA has another benefit besides the great price you rake in. That would be free fertiliser in the form of digestate. Start saving for a slurry spreader ;)

Dagger loving the marwell vids but one thing that bugs me is that you go all the way through the cow shed to feed them. If you stare directly at the lock you are able to actually open the middle gate. 👍
Try sticking some straw bales up against your bga and drive your telahandler on top of them and see if that gets you closer to that bale

FollowMe might not be in existance, but CoursePlay is. Just set up a courseplay course for a worker to follow and set it visible for you and run ahead with it :D
I do agree. The map is too dark. Since the lights from tractors and other stuff aint that good, I see no reason to make such a dark night.
It is a farming simulator, not an old fashion darkroom simulator :-)

Might be an issue with any multiplayer game, but the new beta update fixes a lot of annoyances in the game, you might wanna try it. Great vid as always!

Just to let u know daggerwin u are able to open that middle cow shed gate I have done it already it's kind of hard to open it u have to go at a certain spot to open it
yes I mentioned this in the last video, the trigger is around the middle of the animal dialog box in front of the gate
The Lidner would be great for farmwork, since it has 4 wheel steering!

It really doesn't feel like you were paid enough for all of those bales. Even if you kept some, I don't think you got near the amount you calculated.
Edit: About the light at night, I felt the same way about Lone Oak Farm, it might be realistic, but its very difficult to do anything at night.
I’m having the same issue with the sell point, not getting anywhere near the price listed for a truck load of silage. 59,000l should be nearly £90k
Simon Tarrant I think the issue has been sorted in the map update but it’s not out for consoles yet (if that’s what you’re playing on). Will just stockpile until then!
As I understand it, there is an issue with BGA sell prices, they do not give you the price displayed on any map, you get a flat 500 I think on easy economy, and then less as the difficulty goes up, it is certainly the case on the standard maps

Don’t be surprised if the baler runs a bit strange next time daggerwin. They don’t really like it if you leave the pickup on the ground and drive over concrete
Dagger use the 3 bale base game stacker then pick the resultant with the telehandler to make staking less painful

@09:30: Would the loading boom attach to the tele-handler, the one with the cross you used for loading wool in Felsbrun? That would allow you to strap on to the bale behind the BGA salepoint.

You have totally missed a shed on the backside of the cows, plus there is an entrance to the grass field from placeable yard.

Patch 1.3 reduces the cows' food requirements to a slightly more sensible level, so you might want to look at hopping onto that via the "Betas" tab in Steam.

Your vehicle lights seem to go about 20ft at night. I'd argue that's too dark especially to drive on a road... Dark nights are fine but if your lights are terrible then it does look pretty wierd. Maybe a brighter lighting mod is needed?

I do think its a little too dark at night in FS19. Or they need to make the headlights shine farther then 10ft in front of you.
I done wheat on the big field and sold at 2300 per 1000 litre and made just short of 200,000 from the grain alone

I would like to know what you think about having to give Cowles both grass and hay when it’s the same item to me that is a waste of time and doing double the work unnecessarily they can get their grass by grazing in the field we should only have to put hay in the feeder

If you called the police, hope they didn't say "Right dagger, you'll be needing to take your driving lesson again.". (No hate or anything on this comment, just saying.) Funny though! Also on average how long do you do a episode for?

You may be able to pull that bale out with the logging winch.
Edit: Don't even bother with the pigs, they're so much work for so little payoff. Play with them in multiplayer or something like that.

The cows only eat the highest quality of food which they have been given, so do not need grass if have been given silage and do not need silage or grass if given tmr, it makes no difference!

When i put bales in the BGA it dosen't show up on the screen and i dont get any money.
I would have to say course play is far better then follow me you can set the course up automatically let the Tractor do it’s thing while you go do other stuff
