Hey there, I do about 15 new patient telemedicines💻🌎 every week. Here is the best path forward:
1- email your insurance card to Spine@TSCspine.com (We don’t take HMOs or Medicaid, but can private pay unless Medicaid)
2- if we take that insurance THEN upload your images to my portal for our 1st visit.
3- I must have X-rays and MRI, X rays are critical. Just MRI isn’t enough. Need to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed, or wanted.
4- You need to get your CD 💿 of your X ray and MRI (imaging centers will never send them to us)
5- On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! 🤯🥰
6- To recap: email us, get CDs, THEN upload!

If HMO you can reach out to a Patient Navigator at www.sonoSpineSurgery.com and they can try to help connect us! Or for HMOs email: Refer@sonospinesurgery.com

I am very bummed by your practice. I sent all of my information in to your secretary (Brittany) and was in serious need of a consultation, and nobody ever got back to me when it came down to having a very needed tele-health appointment with you. It took me going to my local ER to be diagnosed, in which I had severe spinal cord compression and which required emergency surgery. If your office cared more about me, I could’ve been to a local surgeon at least a week earlier, thus resulting in potentially less function and sensation loss. Your office completely ignored me when it came down to it, I was ready to pay out of pocket for you to consult me - they were initially good - then it turned into a week to get a consult - called and called, no calls returned. I’m sitting here a month later with a five level thoracic fusion (T6-T10) and still disappointed your marketing is better than the service of your office. I had to unsubscribe based on principal. Thought you were one of the great surgeons and my livelihood was completely ignored. Being a surgeon ultimately becomes a business when you go out on your own, and hiring solid staff is a reflection of you, it’s an extension of you as the face of your business. I mean no disrespect, but I do hope you fix that issue with your staff - the partner clinic you send to potential patients via comment for consuls. I wanted to move to North Dallas from NYC. The first red flag was real estate agents outright not replying to emails, and now I’m like, the surgeons too? I wonder if that is Dallas’ behavioral theme when it comes to service. Your staff leaving me high and dry was sort of the ultimate homage to the perceived ethos of service - effectively none.

I’m sorry to hear about that. I would have a difficult time offering an multi level fusion in the T spine over a telemed visit. I would advise staying local with such a big surgery. I am glad you got the care you needed

@@DonnallySpineConsult clearly. The point is I didn’t know what was wrong with me and your office failed. I hope you speak to them and fix that issue. I literally stopped hearing back altogether. I had no choice but to get the care I needed or I’d be permanently paralyzed right now. It’s a shame you spent so many years in school to let plebeians handle your front end of the biz.
