  • Here is a tutorial on how to use clicker training to teach your horse to take the bridle by themselves. This is a great game to play with your horse regardless of how they put on the bridle, this can help your horse associate putting on the bridle with a positive experience which will result in a happier, more relaxed horse.
    Let me know what you think of this tutorial and feel free to leave suggestions for more tutorials.

    I was wondering if you could do a video on how to get your horse to rear. higher and stay up. I have been working with mine but he does tiny rears which I praise for but I want them bigger.

    This looks like something I should do with my new horse. Sadly she does not take treats from my hand, so it is hard to do the reward. (I'm working on getting her to trust me).

      M B Equestrian after you get her to trust you try using a hackamore or another bitless bridle. If you do choose to use a bit use a rubber bit or a snaffle

    could you tell me some good tricks to teach a lesson horse? (u know mabye not rearing dont want him doing it on a young child!)

    • @lizziekop9170
      @lizziekop9170 Před 6 lety

      AnimalGaming6363 you could teach him to smile :) Its super easy and cute, you just have to do it every few weeks or they might forget it. All you do is take a treat (I use a price of dry cereal so it's not too big) and I tickle their lips.reward them Everytime they move their lip or lift it up to push your finger. Just do it 5-10 minutes after every lesson and they should get it in a few days!!

    How someone, who rides bitless and free without using pain could put a painful torture device into horse's mouth??! Look at time 7:37 what is horse doing with his mouth! Every bit causes pain and only unable people use it!

      ArNika Luna the horse is chewing on the bit...not showing any signs of being hurt...chill.

      ArNika Luna and the cheek piece was wayyy too tight. My plan is to get a horse a go bitless this year. Me pon will be so grateful!

    • @mojosmodels
      @mojosmodels Před 6 lety

      LifeofMaya ummm... “chewing” on the bit? Pfft. That actually indicates that the horse is moving the bit around to try and gain comfort. Obviously the cheek strap was up too far making it too tight on his mouth.

    • @panterloart9180
      @panterloart9180 Před 6 lety +1

      I belive there are kind ways to use a bit, but personally I don't use them because they're not necessary. Sooner or later that will become the norm I think

    • @juliastefanska6590
      @juliastefanska6590 Před 6 lety +2

      MojoMadness 44 no it just means the horse has something in his mouth and wants to play with it. Kind of like me putting something in your mouth, when bored you’re gonna move it around. Please come back to this comment section when you’ve found legitimate proof the bits harm horses and cause damage when used in the right way. Also research on how hackamore put pressure On nerves and cause paralysis when used too strongly.
