- Today I'm going to attempt to solve the Mystery Question mark
puzzle box by Siebenstein Spiele. Otherwise known as the "Fragezeichenbox". Designed by Jürgen Reiche. This is a level 7-8 Puzzle box made of wood where the secret to opening it is hidden on the inside. No force required, just your head and hands. Enjoy!

That one fooled me too until I re-watched it, then I took note of the Palmed card. Should have been easy since he showed the back, but I wasn't paying attention as I was making a salad.

im half way through the video and in my experience with your past puzzle opening when you repeat one thing over and over again and say "nope thats not it", thats definitly it. like now you hiting and banging it

Wait wait wait wait wait..... I gots to know how the knife-through-steel block is done...
Yeah I just looked it up. You notice when he pulls the knife out he squeezes the box to push the block back together. Thats why he dont carry it around, if someone examines the block they could possibly pull it apart
I more wondered why the lamp in the background at the exact moment of reveal where he pulls out the block starts weirdly swinging.

Loved everything Garrett Thomas showed to the camera, but everything was really cool. I love the video's. But by watching these we give up the chance to ever really do these puzzles on are own. We allready know how they work now. But i can't stop watching!!!
4:44 since I can’t touch it myself, it looks like you’ve reached the extent of just being able to wiggle around the external bits. That most likely means the mechanical part is inside the box, and I would try shaking spinning, or trying to move any magnetic or other piece inside the box

some people have replied to you and said you should intuitively want to know how it works. those people are wrong. the difference between what they do and what you do is this; they want to be a know-it-all while you know everything you need to know in order to be amazed by a magic trick while not entirely convinced it is real magic.
there are tricks which i refuse to see how they are done. there are tricks i've figured out just by looking. there are tricks which are obvious and some which are not.
a vast majority of tricks are inherently simple and upsetting to know it fooled you. i know a handful of card tricks which are super uber dooper simple. i can ditch cards, i can palm them and even pinch them without anybody seeing. when people say i'm magic, i remind them that they got fooled by a trick, i make sure they know what i'm doing isn't real magic and it's not psychic or influenced by external forces of reality. i tell them i can explain how it's done but it's their choice. be amazed, or suspend disbelief for a moment and be a kid again. pretty much everybody says "don't tell me". they know it's not "real" and they know it's not entirely imperative they learn how it's done lest they need it to live.
don't let these idiots talk down to you. you know it's a trick, and that is more than enough to identify what is and isn't possible. be a kid with magic. be an uptight arsehole if you're trying to be the worlds most annoying know-it-all.

I would try turning the circle at the bottom of the question mark. If that failed I would then try to turn the upper part of the question mark. Was really hoping it was all about that back piece being a kind of maze you have to navigate stationary pins through. That would be sweet especially the other pieces moved the pins and require specific orientation
