Where have you been?!! Boy oh boy did I ever smile when I saw this notification!! What a long set up! Screener way at the end. I need a cone crusher! We have the 1960s full size CedarRapids Jaw and roller crusher up and running now. Boss got me a Jaw crusher for blast rock, they finally tested it this fall. Parts are difficult to attain.... We are stopped for winter now. Thank you for the video!!

You are correct, the material we were running was more dirt than rock. Lots of rejects.

water in the feeder makes it stick and then wont feed for crap. put it in the jaw or on the underbelt, i always dig a trench for the fines under the tail pulley

Why a scalping screen and not a normal mobile screen?
Make a video of shutting down for a day end.
Not knowing nothing from nothing about this stuff but it looks like the red screen should be the first and the last stage.
There is a screen just after the first stage to screen out and bring return back to be crushed down to size.
@@jeremydobbert1287 What I'm saying is there looks to be a large amount of fines out of the excavator bucket that should never hit the crusher at all. If it's already sand sized, no reason spending horsepower on it beyond classifying and piling it up..

po pierwsze powinny być zamknięte przesypy. Po drugie zraszanie na tych przesypach. Takie poważne, a nie raptem dwa węże z wodą. W porządku jest cysterna polewająca drogę. W sumie cała okolica zapylona.
