  • In this configuration we are crushing down rock into 6" minus, while receiving 2 by products at the same time. The cone crusher is left out of the circuit in this configuration. I will soon be posting a new setup with new machines, stay tuned for that

    Awesome footage, like it a lot. There's no music to listen to and I like seeing the material blasted rock or being crushed. Keep it up

    Oh! I smiled when I saw this notification! My Boss got me a new old jaw crusher! Extec C12 :) Still too cold, wet and snowy for crushing here... Thanks for the video! I made one up, but haven't made it public yet.

    Great video! I'm guessing the furthest screenings go back through with finer screens to separate the rock from the soil? Thank You!

    Hey Joe - what screen sizes are you using in your screener? Just curious what size crushed stone you end up coming off with on the oversize and midsize belts. Also, the material coming off your fines belt, is that basically fill dirt?

  • @musasizigodfreydixion6231

    This is what I planning to set up.Any advise?

      The crusher and the sieve, are about 400.000€.
      That isnt that much money, the expensive part is maintanance and fuel.

    @welp3659 Před 2 lety

    Okay its definitely around 400 tons per hour, not 50 lol and why would you ever put a grizzly before a jaw crusher lol.

    • @welp3659
      @welp3659 Před 2 lety

      also turn your pan feeder up...then your power screen....lol why would you reverse the momentum of the stone??? There are so many bottle necks in this setup, you would get the most advanced alcoholic drunk in minutes.

    • @welp3659
      @welp3659 Před 2 lety

      Lastly, you only need one loader to do this entire job, the others are using the stackers to fill their buckets. That is an industry standard sign of boredom, and is a waste of resources.

    • @CuriousEarthMan
      @CuriousEarthMan Před rokem

      it looks like the fall through from the grizzly joins back with the rock after the crusher. Am I crazy? Do you think they re-screen the finest material to get just topsoil and separate stone?
