I dont know about yall but I adore camomo, hes funny as hell and you just know how to troll these small pp cheaters, even though I haven't played rust yet we all appreciate how good of an admin you are, and all the other admins who do just as good of a job as camomo I commend you all.
Can you do a funny game ban video. Example: trap base bans, singing trap base bans, find a random gun bans, oil rig bans, zerg army collaborate bans, scarecrow bans, tanks love your base bands, walled in base bans, trees can talk bans, stone nodes see your cheats (corner stone) ban. Just a few examples.

Or build a maze and tell the cheaters if they escape they earn freedom, but the maze is full of traps, bears and Bradley, and there's way out.

Update, lol: the answer is yes, in a video from a month ago. Glorious!
Can you change their speed and look sensitivity. Randomly give them INSANCE movement speed along with super happy spin time as the normal mouse movement ramops up to spin 10xs as fast. Randomizing their controls would be funny. Just a few seconds here and there. Up is now left and just is move forward etc. Doing it randomly would make them think it's them and not an admin doing it. Continuos fire would be funny. They fire once and don't stop. They reload and empty that mag as well . As soon as they pick up explosives they arm and drop them. Insane amounts of recoil would be frustrating.
