I have a different hat for every different occasion or weather that I may run into, from a bright, sunny day or rain or snow or cold? I have a hat that will serve me well.
Great video, i use the same approach of paying around $100 for each hat, for sure quality is not the same as more expensive ones, but that's my budget and as you i can replace a $60 hat a lot easier than a $300 one
I have daily worn hats , not ball caps, for 50+ years. Many were not right sized. Any adhesive anything, including the hat foam tape, will end up making a nasty goo mess when the oils from your head wick through the sweatband. The foam stuff will pushbthe sweatband out when its off your head and the wrinkles can make it uncomfortable when worn. Use paper towel folded or cut strips fron cereal box cardboard. It will shim it out without wrinkles or gooey mess. Free too
Really nice video and very informative on western hats I have two on strew and a Cody James 3x cowboy hats are just great functional head gear. Thanks buddy.

My grandpa used to adjust his hats with folded strips of newspaper.
