- This is a studio work where the original idea is expanded on and abstracted, taking my inspiration from a small Plein Air painting I did whilst on my last Outback Painting Trip!

Super mistrz Richard🥰🤗😘🤩🤩🤩
Love watching you paint my friend..
That’s fantastic! Thanks Don 🎨👍😊
Vibrant And soft !
Hey thanks Irwin!
Amazing 😍 I am binging your CZcams videos like others binge Netflix 🎨😊
Love that Belinda, thanks!!!!
Absolutely wonderful, Richard! I always feel that any superlatives I may use simply don't do your talents justice. And, as ever, I learn so much through watching and hearing you 'think aloud' and explain why you're doing what you're doing. Thank you so much, both for sharing your wonderful paintings and your generosity in the way you teach.
Wow, thank you Susan, I really appreciate you're compliments!
Beautiful painting Richard. I absolutely love how you’ve got the liquid light of the road leading into the painting and contrasting with the strong definite edges of the bottom right hand of the painting. Thanks so much for sharing
Thank you so much Wendy 😀
G'day Richard, enjoyed this very much. Run out of superlatives so will just say, always learning from you. Cheers, Rich.
Glad you enjoyed it! Much appreciated!!! Cheers :-)
Hi Richard, so much learning in this one. I'll come back time and again to view the palette strokes and technique. The comments below are testament to your skill and kindness to share your talent. Thanks again.. Bill
Hey Bill thanks mate! Glad you're getting so much out of it! Cheers :-)
Thanks for sharing, it is lovely to see the entire process! Love your ART
My pleasure 😊 Thanks Juan!
Super lovely lively painting mate...
Cheers! :-)
Wow ! The color is rich and nice. That's a good painting. I saw it from start to finish.
Hi, thanks for watching and enjoying!
Enjoyed watching. Colors you used are life to the painting. I also enjoy the drone pics. What a view of what seems so desolate and dry. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! Cheers!
Just brilliant Richard, As always I'm blown away...how you apply the beautiful colours you mix and blend, to give such a wonderful overall result amazes me every single time. The close ups make me think I am looking at a different work of art, then looking from a distance it all makes such a wonderful scene. Thank you.
You are very welcome Steve! Up close it is all about paint and application, from a distance it is hopefully about realism!!!
Thank you Richard for another opportunity to enjoy your work! I have English at the stage of learning, so it’s a pity that I don’t understand many of your words, and even so, I’m learning a lot from you.
Thanks for letting me know! Cheers!!!
Hi Richard ! Thanks again for another exceptional demo and the beautiful landscape video ! I love to see the true colours of nature which you capture so beautifully in your painting ! I just love the luscious blobs of colours especially the orange and magenta with the bold blues ! I think the way you get the viewer into the painting with that swipe of magenta is truly amazing ! Always look forward for more from you Richard ! Thank you so much ! Warmest regards Lorraine 🤗🎨😁👍
G'day Lorraine, thank you! I really appreciate you letting me know! Cheers :-)
Yes I love it. Another video in less than three days... awesome 👏
Yay! Thank you Tim!
Desirously wonderful, your eye for colour is absolutely exquisite, I’m in complete awe, What a work of art, if I could but display a fraction of your artistry in my paintings I’d be very happy, Richard you’re such an inspiration.. Bravo. 👏🏻
Wow, thank you! Cheers!!!
Love the sky Mate, 🎨👍

Beautiful 👌👌👌
Thank you so much aparna Saha!
Thank you for your kindness 🙏🏼the primed Belgian ready for painting or you use Gesso before you start working ,the scotch tape techniques what education gives for the paintings...again from my heart...thank you.
Thanks, it has a clear primer on the Belgian linen. Cheers for appreciating 🎨🎨👍😉
Good one
Thank you Dario! Cheers!
Really Beautiful!
Glad you think so CarlottaART!
@@richardmusgrave-evans9886 I definitely do!! : )
As always, enjoyed every minute, thank you for sharing, and thank you for talking through, explaining the process and whats in your mind, you are an inspiration, keep the videos coming :) wishing you all the best. Greetings from Nazareth.
You are so welcome! Thanks for the positive feedback!
Love Your fantastic Art - Greetings from Germany 😎
Thank you so much Thomas 😀
Your videos make me live yhe outback dedpite never having been there. I aspire to being so loose yet having some hard focal points. Thanks for sharing
Hey thanks Mike, glad you appreciate my work! Cheers mate!!!
Yay! More abstract! Marvellous! Love the strength of colour, bottom right and smudgy trees. Only bit that doesn’t sit right for me is the 'neutral blue' distant mountains..... but I’m sure that’s my European colour palette not understanding! It’s certainly not a criticism. As you know I’m a huge RME fan :) Thanks for making my day once again. Jill
Hi Jill, I enjoyed this abstraction of a plein air painting 🖼 cheers 🎨😊
Such a beautiful painting and an interesting composition with that road coming off the linen! Did you clear gesso that linen or is it just raw?
Thanks Tracy, it has a clear primer on it! Cheers 🎨
Oh my god ...how much this work is wonderful 😍,purple on the sky orange and yellow on the land ...light every were👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.why you didn’t use white canvas?
Thank you so much 😀 I love the clear primed Belgian linen with its Neutral background!
New video, great! I am first !
Good job! Thanks!!!
@@richardmusgrave-evans9886 Thats right ))
Thank you for you answer🙏🏼you look like a teacher,l would like to benefit from your experience.
No Worries, Thanks!!!
I really love your paintings! Would love to won some of them! Your technique and your colors and your compositions are fantastic!
Your videos are also fantastic! They are great sales tools, and art works in themselves! Love your music! But, If I could add anything it's that we want to see you put the paint on the canvas more clearly. In this video the camera is off to the side too much, and there is too much behind you that is not relevant. If the camera was more behind you and looking at the canvas more directly, we could see what you are doing better. I don't know. But, I love how you do close ups at the end so we can see your knife marks. But don't move too fast. We want to relish it! Keep it up!
Thanks Greg, I appreciate! I will consider some of your points. I've thought of having the camera as you described, more behind before. Cheers :-)
I'm deaf so I just watch I would love t oo know the colour palette you use each time it's hard to know
Thanks Sally! Ultramarine Blue, Pthalo Blue, Burnt Sienna, Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Red and Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Magenta, Virridian Green, Titanium White. Cheers and thanks for watching!
@@richardmusgrave-evans9886 thank you for that l paint as well just t finding my stride I like to get texture in mine you capture the out back in all its glory trees are amazing
