love to see James doing the legs floor upstairs there- I drive there just to train in that part- that nautilus leg extension and the Pit Shark Belt squat are insane. James seems to be a thoughtful and focussed individual when he is talking at the end of the workout

Those dual ply supports are awesome. I recently bought some new neoprene ones and gifted the ply ones (after a wash) to a gym buddy. Having some regrets and may well be coming back in for a new ply pair of my own!

James! I have a question.
I notice when you are doing your overhead press that you don't drop the weight to your chest. This almost looks like a partial rep to me. I've noticed lots of pros favor this method, not just with overhead but with flat press too. What is the advantage? Do you also do pressing from the complete bottom of the rep, or is it not necessary?

Hey bud! Good question. Its just not to over strain the shoulder thats all really. I mean you can go all the way just depends on the individuals mobility:)
