I would still recommend it if you can afford to buy one. I had different android tablets before but it was to buggy and tend to get very slow just after a year or two. Also, the resale price of Androids are too low even after a year. Sometimes you just want to give it to your relatives than selling it. I’m using an Ipad Pro M1 now. After years of using it, it’s still running fast and smoothly. Also, it has still a high resale value until now.
My thought would be if you need a tablet for every day use sure.
My 9-5 job requires a lot of public speaking, so I use an old old Ipad air for that and it still works great.
But the reality is the functionality of an iPad is till limited for most creatives and they would be better off with a laptop or desktop.
@@EricCraft yep, I totally agree with you. But given it is still limited and I mostly use it for consuming content and social media, I would still want the to buy the top tier if I can afford it now. Maybe, I just want a leg room in case I would use for any complicated task in the future and of course I would always consider the resale value of it.
Windows Laptop is better than Mac book and Android phone is better than iPhone, imagine running your favorite Mobile App like games and editing app in such a high speed performace. That's iPad Pro can do, than buying shitty Macbook.
