Thank you for the awesome stretches.. but I find it hard to follow .. you’re a bit too fast .. I’m a beginner 😊slow down with the breathing and the switching position.. I have to put u on pause to do 10-15 reps then come back to u 😂.. but I love your class

I believe that is the idea. She is showing us the stretches, it's up to us to pause, breath, come back until eventually we don't need the video.

I can't follow the inhale and exhale.... Its too fast, I can barely breathe but the stretching is good. Its quite fast but just do it with your own

I’m a 10 yo who can’t control her anger and I tried everything fidgeting,breathing slowly, and I trued to do yoga and this truly helped me😢❤
Take care of yourself. Anger is bad for your health. Try your hardest to stay calm.
