Cities: Skylines is a 2015 city-building game developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive. The game is a single-player open-ended city-building simulation. Players engage in urban planning by controlling zoning, road placement, taxation, public services, and public transportation of an area. They also work to manage various elements of the city, including its budget, health, employment, traffic, and pollution levels. It is also possible to maintain a city in a sandbox mode, which provides more creative freedom for the player.

Call Me Kevin
Cities Skylines but disasters strike every 15 minutes
#CallMeKevin #Gaming #Citiesskylines - Hry
Kevin ignoring the intensity setting through the entire game and making every disaster a 5.5 while estimating "intensity" by location (and everywhere being evenly bad) is the most thing ever
he still somehow chooses literally the same point to torment too
Most thing ever.
Most thing ever.
Most thing ever
Most thing ever.
It's weird seeing Kevin trying not to get people killed for a change.
ignoring just the very minor detail of him being the reason why it happens.
nothing major though. things will be just fiiiiiiine. xD
This is like a once in a lifetime occurance
Do you think people from Turkey and Syria who are watching this are sobbing?
Our dear leader is a master of duality. đđ»
its going good kevin, but I would be more safe if someone like you wouldnt try to peer into my personal life thanks
I love how, instead of using the gauge in the bottom left to change the magnitude, he debates with himself on where to put the disaster in order to cause a certain amount of damage xD
Itâs a better show of his strategic mastery and City-planning genius
I cumed to this 10:25
I think itâs annoying bots use translators for clout, donât you agree?
I was so surprised when I saw him choosing where it would go because I thought the plan right from the start was to use the intensity đ oh Kevin
â@@ImIntelligent2 how is koutetsu a bot?
"That forest fire is still going. It's going right into the industry area. It never stops." As a Californian, it's nice to see some representation in Kevin's videos
I'd say as a Floridian, I understand the heat of the situation.
@@SasukeUchiha723 holy cow sasuke is potential florida man?? this changes everything..
@@kiraoshiro6157 Hence why the land of Fire fears me..
I love seeing San Francisco accuractly depicted in city skylines! The roads, the earth quakes, the pollution, itâs all spot on!
We don't really have any pollution. It all blew inland when it was an industrial hub, and nowadays the local economy is almost entirely commercial.
Kevin and Cities Skylines is something I needed today, can't wait for this chaos

You know its horrible when Kevin rules your city - but adding this... terror...
You know, you could always drown yourself in the river đ
Cities Skylines but Kevin has made my life a disaster for the last decade
A fun disaster? đ
@@elliotgillum no he has me locked under his stairs with Crowley (please let me out Kevin)
I would be honored if Kevin ruined my life
Real
Who hurt you
Every time Kevin posts a video I am genuinely happier that day.
Looking forward to Kevin getting an Oscar for his new movie, "Disasters Everywhere all at Once".
So glad Kevin decided to do "something a little bit different" today.
The first disaster was Kevin starting the game.
kevin trying to protect his lil city actually was pretty wholesome :)
Why create natural disasters every 15 minutes when you,
Kevin, are a natural disaster every second of the dayđ
I hope this becomes a series, imagine what Disaster town would look like by the end of the year!
What about a video where Kevin has an hour to prepare for the ultimate disaster, e.g. a tsunami set to max destruction. Then has to watch the disaster unfold & see how well his city copes.
@@DBswag_ Dude, yes!!! It's what Jim Pickens would want, It'll be fecking incredible!!
@@jonathanbelman8693
The ultimate dedication to our Dear Leader
Kevin actually kind of trying to make a workable city is very odd
It was weird hearing Kevin say his city has an elementary school, a library, AND public transport. Iâm not sure if Iâve ever watched one of these with all three (which of course was done for strategic purposes on Kevinâs part)
Watching Kevin actually care for one of his cities is a nice change đ
The most surreal thing here is Kevin feeling terrible about virtual lives rather than laughing evilly as he willfully causes their misery. Interesting how when the evil is out of his control, he accidentally shows his good side ... which is very good. ^_^
Kevin: this city didn't suck because you didn't accidentally poison the water this time, suprisingly enough. That literally is the only key to making money and stopping gazillions of popups
For future reference, severity is a slider located on the left after selecting a disaster to spawn.
Seeing how Kevin's cities survive without natural disasters, this should be easy...
Oh, fantastic! Today has been a bit of a mess, so watching Kevin make an even BIGGER MESS makes everything feel so much better! †Jokes aside, I really appreciate this, it's a much needed bright spot in my day.
Lad hope u have a better day tommorow
@@timipwo1754 You're so sweet! Thank you! And I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow, too. Gosh. This community is such a delight. đ
@@cweger thx
hope everything will be better tomorrow â€ïž
@@michaelaheb Hey, your kindness and thoughtfulness has already made me smile, so I'm sure that just sets the mood for things to come. đ
I like the roulette wheel idea! Kevin has so much self-discipline to actually set up disasters in important areas. I wouldn't be able to do it đ
I have an issue. Lately, whatever Kevin plays, I feel the urge to buy.
Doesn't help that GOG & Steam have regular sales too. I'm starting to lose track of how many games I've bought for a few quid each & haven't played yet đ„
Same. Got one hour one life after seeing kev play it and needing to see more that just pies lmao
Me buying Bitizen after watching hours of Kevin play BitLife
I mean, to be fair it is 70% off right now sitting at around $12 for the deluxe version
@@michaelboyle7281 ik, got it recently, really good deal for such a complex game
My brain keeps putting a green screen behind Kevin and the "Kevin life tip #__ "text next to his head, every time he makes THAT face while saying something obscure with a slightly threatening tone. I think I've been watching call me Kevin too much and for too long. I'm hallucinating!
Kevin is a city architecture genius
The inspiration for the Sims was a house fire. The guy had to rebuild from one which made him focus on furniture. The disasters form sim city came before that so I bet he felt some irony some time around that time.
Things really shook up with Kevin's city when that extra earthquake decimated said city before the scheduled disaster had the chance to do so.
The layout of the city mirrors how Kevin's mind is laid out, oddly enough: Lots of congestion and pollution.
Who knew that best Kevin is the non-thinking/fast-acting/panicked Kevin?
Reminds me of chess Kevin
Just wanna say thank you Kevin for keeping me entertained while Iâm recovering from a concussion. Itâs been shitty but you bring so much joy to my days. Much love to you Kevin and thank you for being you â€
Concussions are tough! Wish you the best my friend
I only found Kevinâs channel about a month ago but I look forward to his videos everyday
I've been watching Kevin for about a year & a half & he's quickly become my favourite CZcamsr.
Don't forget to watch his older videos too when you have the time đ
Welcome to the Cult.
Please binge his Sims vids immediately.
@@Worm.In.Waiting Thanks đ
I love me a good call me Kevin City skylines upload and this one does not disappoint
Ay ten likes
Ay twenty likes
Thanks kevo you're making my life much more bearable
Too many Kevin videos. Too many laughs. Not enough time.
I am glad someone finally acknowledged the music. What is with the soundtrack for this game? It plays the most grandiose tunes while doing in-game tasks like placing sewage pipes.
We all love how Kevin tends to âbreakâ games but he also comes up with such fun ways to make games more interesting and challenging while still sticking to the general intended goal of the game, like this and the minecraft challenges. Military genius at work
9:24 - Out of sight, out of mind đ Typical Kevin đ
The bush at the very end might have been one of the funniest parts đ
This is good.
Lesson learned: If Kevin says heâs trying something different, it will be absolutely unbelievable and chaotic.
Kevin is a city planning genius
Kevin: âYouâre automaticly a citizenâ
Me: Damn, I didnât know you hated us
I always love seeing Cities Skylines on the channel, thank you kevin!
All of Kevin's videos make me so happy. I always look forward to the days he uploads. Genuinely my favorite channel. Thanks for your hard work and sharing your chaotic tendencies!
Great video, hilarious as always!
Thank you for your silly shenanigans. Fun to watch someone be pure chaos. Really needed something funny to watch and this brightened my day!
I appreciate that he didnât use an annoying alarm for the timer
I was at work and someone said "Dear leader". I was like "Kevin?". They knew!
Yes! Another city video! Thanks, Kevin
"I didnt realize it was sneaking up on me like that"
Disasters are not known for their forwarnings đ
Hey Kevin
I've been going through some really difficult times I don't really know if I will ever get out of, but just wanted to say thank you, as you have allowed me to laugh in these times, and you have given me more support with your 'hey there friends' than the people around me.
Thank you, Kevin
I think he should do one where the number is how many of that disaster he has to spawn lol great video
YEEEESSSSS More disastrous Cities Skylines Kevin. I absolutely love it
The fact that this city is probably the best I've ever seen Kevin make says a lot about Kevin as a person
Thanks Kevin pls more desperate housewives
The only way Kevin will ever look after anything - self-imposed restrictions to survive mass catastrophe. I'm here for it.
Love you videos Kevin, watch these before I start my day, I feel so much happier after watching. Can't wait to see what's next.
This was great, exactly what I needed todayâ€
Kevin can just slowly making small cities sufficient 1st and focusing on it but he chose to fastest expansion possible with anything goes on lmao.
love your cities skylines videos!
it's funny to see Kevin replay games and be surprised by the things he has seen over and over
Kevin + chaos = real quality content
I get so stressed when I watch you play Cities Skylines.. .but I love it!
Imagine having kevin in charge, then learning that there are even more disasters out of his control
"today we're doing something a little bit different"
no, at this point i think its perfectly normal Kevin
The tsunami was a lot more chill than I thought it'd be
kevin turns every video into the hunger games on different scales of magnitude
Kevin just keeps putting the chaos mod in every game and I love it
Lmao even without the disasters Kevin's cities are always pure chaos especially in how they are laid out. It hurts my brain but it is fantastic.
Thank you for this Kevin
Just wanna say that your videos benefit me in so many ways. Helps me sleep. Helps me calm down. Helps me relax. You always have good somewhat wholesome fun and it's nice. I'm really picky about who I watch, not that you should feel grateful lmao just saying your videos are great ans you are great ok peace

Obsessed with the Cities Skylines content
When Kevin plays a game, disaster strikes every fifteen seconds.
By "severity" I really thought you meant changing the severity slider, not putting the disaster in more severe places
iâve never been this early before⊠excited to see this saga
i love it when you play this game
I love and understand your video
The "a little bit different" thing is back!
Another choatic video with my favourite irish man, and I have banana bread to scran on too, thsi is the life
