In reference to opposing counsel making discriminating statements, ( divorce) towards a 17 year long legal disabled spouse. Such comments concerning the lack of working is “posturing for court”, the (spouse) just needs motivation your honor, she needs to know that you got to get up, and put one foot in front of the other.” “My client doesn’t have the luxury of staying home, he actually works day in and day out.” As well as other comments. VS making the spouse look bad as a practice of law? This was done during closing arguments.
Hi I dont think you can help but... I am being discriminated against by the dwp as I'm asking for reasonable adjustments under the equality act due to me having protected characteristic and I have learning difficulties as well as memory issues . The dwp are refusing my request for a recorded appointment due to privacy laws but they don't count in this case and they have now barred me claiming im a threat because I film them refusing me for evidence
