I think it's a nod to GM making an electric moon buggy back in the day so the animation it's probably it towing a Saturn V, the name of the rocket used by US of A to take astronauts to the Moon and back.

@@KameronKDHI've seen 2 of them so far. But honestly, the largest vehicles that should be electric are those the size of a Rivian R1T. Anything bigger needs an e-fuel, and that includes boats, planes, ships, large trucks, and any sort of spacecraft.
