Do you have £999 to spare or $999? I'm sorry but if I was a doctor of some sorts and I wanted to genuinely help people I wouldn't put my so called care behind a huge pay wall. The only thing that made me quit was honestly asking God to deliver me from it. And he did it when I least expected it. Once you truly confess that you have a problem and that you even enjoy it. But you wanna do right. He delivers you. I quit before I expected to quit. Woke up one day and had a sudden change of heart.
What do you do when the "Urges" and mental images pop up?
@@itsjustsinister1989 With the images. I just let them pass. I've even had dreams of seeing images. And God has made the urges weaker. But when they are strong urges. I sit and think about how long my brain has gone without it, and how much I love the fact that I'm rewiring my brain. So when I'm actually with a real women. My brain will act normal. It's the willingness to not want to loose a streak that you know is beneficial. When your not spiking your dopamine, life simply is better. And ive realized that I like myself more without the corn.

Hello Dr I am 18 and have quit porn addiction and am on nofap day 28. I just wanted to ask you that how much time will the brain need to rewire completely as before my porn addiction 6 months back I used to be among the intelligent studs but now am just an average. Please Relpy....
She should have videos on this I would search her channel. Based on what I've read it's 3 months minimum but it will always depend on the specific case and person, good luck.

Just continue with the Nofap and never look back It doesn't matter how long it takes whether 10 days or 100 days you will get there just don't look back!
Approx. 3 months to completely stop being addicted, but for your brain to fully heal 1-3 years. You are super young though, so I'd say you will be as good as new in 6 months.
