- Andy briefly demonstrates his top 3 favorite mass building tricep exercises. As in the very popular KSC Method for Powerbuilding (www.andybaker.com/product/the-...) the basic formula for a triceps session is one heavy compound exercise paired with an isolation/extension exercise.
The triceps session is usually done with shoulder training, about 2-3 days after the heavy bench/chest session for the week.

In the context of your Powerbuilding template is a pin bench press @ 1-2 inches above the chest considered a "overload" or "underload" movement when performed @ 3x8 on your light day? Is this the same for the floor press as well? I've tried CGBP and paused variations for my lighter benching day, just have never attempted these. Thank you sir!
Hey Andy,if you follow 4 day heavy/light setup,would you do still direct tricep isolation exercise on Heavy Bench Day ?
How strong should somebody be before starting your powerbuilding program? Just at the end of their novice progression? Any minimum strength requirement?
