for eg in this video after selecting “Report Layout” and changing it to Tabular form then the data is separated- so my question is it possible to have geography, hardware, software headers for all sales rep respectively.

Ques is if we are changing year in master data why it not changing in pivot table
I have a question. while using the Calculated field in the Pivot table, I need to count no of times a certain name is repeated, along with calculating the percentages of that repeated names, how can I do this if this data is arranged day wise and the spelling of names are always **not** the same for each day.
I have a unique code assigned to each worker each day, but my supervisor needs data in names as my field of work is totally volunteering, so not always the same worker. and also sometimes the same worker who worked on day 1, appears on day 3, so it is quite difficult to analyze to see the progress of the workers.
The excel file does not have contracts?
