Prime Airachnid has got to be like...top of the Prime wishlist for Legacy, at least for me.
They're bound to have another go at her, especially since we've had some really solid helicopter TFs over the past few years: SS Blackout, Siege Spinister, even Siege Springer (despite being a Triple-Changer) has a pretty good copter mode. I'm sure with today's technology/engineering, plus the fact that they don't have to rigidly adhere to her onscreen design (only take cues from it), a modern-day Airachnid could be really impressive. Although, if you want a screen-accurate version there's always APC Night Countess.
I always thought Optimus Minor's cartwheel transformation was a good idea for a monkey Transformer. It's a shame that so far it's only ever been implemented on sub-par toys, like Beast Machines Primal and the Cybertron Primal mold.
Your Beast Machines Silverbolt review is a Masterpiece.
The only thing that the upscaled figures did that upset me was not doing a full set of the monster combiners which could still combine.

I'm also surprised by the low views on BM Silverbolt. It came out after a half-year-long hiatus, it's a clever riff on some classic poetry that even someone as not into poetry as me can appreciate, and you even got Scott McNeil himself to contribute!
Maybe it was just a timing thing, people incorrectly thinking there wouldn't be much funny to say about another toy after the "#1 worst of all time." And to that, all I'll say is...

Hey TJ, loved the video and glad to see minor redeemed, hes a very cool toy with a ton of articulation and his hands can even grab onto things, the only thing off with him really is the static monkey head and the rather uninspiring transformation but it doesnt take away from the fact his monkey mode is actually amazing, i mean he can sit cross legged!! How many transformers have EVER been able to do that?!!
I love how Titanium Megatron is his own category. Still the worst of the worst. He's the bad toy gift that keeps on giving. 😂

I think another thing that should keep Activator Lockdown here is that the Activators were a lot more high-rent than most modern one-step figures - they had relatively full ranges of motion, were pretty show-accurate, and didn't lose that much compared to their larger counterparts. Like, I've seen people who genuinely consider the Activator Seeker mold to be better than the Voyager. They were more like Animated's equivalent to Legends or Scouts; put an Activator up against, say, a Cyberverse Commander or something, there really isn't that much separation.

Recently acquired Wing Saber and been having fun working with all the quirks it has without Optimus. Discovered a psuedo knee join and an anti air gun mode for the feet. Arms feel the worst part of the toy but it’s fine to me
A while ago I found a beast machines silverbolt new in box at a local toy store.
I remembered you're video so I bought it and hung it on a peg in the background of one of my shelves.

The only thing Titanium Megatron has over RotF Demolishor is that he can actually stand.
I made sure to watch the video all the way to the end before posting my comment to see if you would acknowledge Airachnid since I didn't see her picture, and there it was at the very end. I understand that you don't want to put gimmick toys on plastic addict, but I was wondering if you would make an exception for a gimmick figure where the gimmick didn't work as intended, or if you could perhaps make another category of video about characters who ONLY got gimmick toys instead of proper figures. Either way I think that could provide some good and plentiful content.

I like the RotF Constructicons for one reason: they are alien robots that…you know…look alien.
Still not good toys, but I will give them props for that.
I got Titanium Menasor as a Christmas gift in 2021.
It’s…ok. The robot mode is not horrible, but the vehicle mode just doesn’t work for me. But I collect Hot Rod and Rodimus figures, and since this figure is the inspiration for Shattered Glass Rodimus, it had to go in my collection.
I’m hoping Legacy dips into everything and gives us a new Thrustinator.

I don’t really get what you don’t like about Energon Optimus. That toy is fucking awesome. I love all aspects of it. Obviously fair enough, everyone’s got their opinions. But I love that thing.
I liked Armada Sideswipe's and his Mini-Con's alt modes, but that's about it.

Demolisher definitely struggles on notes as a toy, but as a design, he's actually pretty genuinely interesting.

By that logic you couldn’t have done the Built To Rule toys for Plastic Addict either. I think you choosing an Activator is completely justified, because it’s genuinely not a good toy.
So you have a noted dislike for Demolishor, but have you ever considered doing a review of Studio Series Scavenger? Something just to show that it's not the design's uniqueness so much as the toy's poor engineering.
If I'm interpreting your question correctly, I don't think a Studio Series Scavenger review would go the way you think. The big problem with Demolishor, that he can't stand on his own without propping up on his arms, is still present, so I don't think the new engineering would make much of a difference.
They should have released titanium optimal optimus as Beast Machines final battle Megatron.
The Lazerbeak toy gets a bad wrap, but what is actually wrong with it? it did everything it was designed to do, it is not a good toy, but there are far worse toys than that one.
I agree with how people have been throwing the term bad transformer around recently being overused. Since siege has started I think there's only been 3 figures I've considered bad, Tracks because despite having a really good looking bot and alt mode, it's entirely made up of fragile clear plastic with a scary transformation, and worst of all, his legs make it so both his alt and robot mode feel incomlete and terribly made, Legacy evolution breakdown who has a really spindly and awkward robot mode, uncomfortable transformation and one of the worst cases of partsforming I have ever seen with the spoiler and overall not being a fun toy at all, and it can't even be good in combined mode because it gets stuck for no reason, and core class sludge because everything it does is bad and it should feel bad.

I still think you should make Leader Class ROTF Megatron a Plastic Addict victim. He's not terrible, but he's absolutely bad for a Leader Class of the time. Looking at him and what else was available in the same size class for the line, he's definitely not worth the price he was going for at that time. The big arm has limited articulation due to TWO gimmicks that were quite obtrusive, the little arm with good range can't really do much and looks weird by movie standards along with not being able to hold anything. The figure is much too bulky and weirdly proportioned in robot mode, with the Mech Alive gimmick contributing to it where it was handled better with Optimus, Jetfire and Starscream(Who while now being a masterpiece figure in categorization, was a Leader Class first). That vehicle mode is too big in the wrong places, and the Studio Series figure also managed to screw it up in the same way despite making the robot mode better(It's why I don't collect Studio Series toys outside of the 86 line and the upcoming WFC toys). The only ROTF Megatrons that handled the vehicle properly were the ROTF Voyager(Vastly superior even though the wing backpack made from the top of the vehicle mode can make it a bit unbalanced), and the small gimmicky toys that later came out. That tank of the Leader Class version is ugly too, even for a movie toy which is saying something. It looks like the Landmaster from Star Fox Assault, but made ugly, and that thing barely even counts as a tank, but still looks better as a tank. They did a repaint, which I think looks better, but not by much, showing that black and purple when done right can make a difference. The only good thing I can say about it is the fact it's color accurate though he didn't have gold parts in the film, and he has a good headsculpt that's faithful. Oh, and the voice clip is also good, even though he never said "I AM MEGATRON!" in the film, and the closest the character got was as Galvatron in AOE. Weirdly predictive in that way... Oh, and he rolls decently enough in tank mode, so it's at least functional in that way, though the turret doesn't do much beyond changing direction of aim from parallel to the ground to about a 45 degree angle upward and that's it. No side to side motion. You'd think it could have done much better what with all of that bulk it had...

Again, the only problem I have with these tier lists is if you’re not super familiar with one of the figures being talked about, the supplied picture is too small and often badly cropped so you’re not visually learning anything about the figure being ranked. It becomes blindly listening to TJ talk about features from a toy you don’t know and don’t understand what’s good or bad about the features. 😅
Given that this tier list is about one of the most successful series on his channel, it's kinda on you if you havent seen at least a few of the videos.
I do share your opinion, but NOT for this particular Tier List, since he is talking about the toys that he had featured in one of his segments.
So this Tier List is mainly for the people who have seen the Plastic Addict videos.
But then again, I do share your opinion for his other Tier Lists. I hope there's a way to show us bigger pics without too much editing video editing on TJ's part.
Can we put this website/software all the CZcamsrs use to make these tier lists in the Titanium Megatron tier because it’s always janky and screwing up?🙂
