Days*. If you think about the sheer amount of planning, getting materials, trial and error of things that may or may not work, pieces like this aren't done in hours. It's even more incredible that he can simplify it to minutes, and the sheer amount of dedication is inspiring!

As someone who has worked with both chocolate and clay, I absolutely take my hat off to you sir for your absolutely astonishing jobs on all of your masterpieces. Seeing as how difficult it is to work with chocolate, and how long clay projects take to create....as well as how much more fragile chocolate is to work with really has me appreciating your incredible talent, plus the obvious joy you put into your work. Kudos to you!!
But I think working with chocolate is more difficult thn clay.... Cz chocolate cud break anytime with a little carelessness

This is hands down his best piece yet! There's a real dynamic and impactful movement in the piece; it's sheer brilliance/perfection. The way all the individual feathers were placed perfectly and each and every one had a purpose and gave this piece life!!! This is so realistic and makes my heart smile looking at all the details! I'm stunned that there are no glue marks and everything is so meticulous!! BRAVO, CHEF!!!
The creativity and boldness this chocolate shows is truly breaking the rules of sculptures. I wouldn't want to eat something that is so artistically done. Breaking the grounds of chocolate and sculptures is truly memorable. Thank you for sharing this ture master piece
