    i cant stand pitches to illiterate financers like this, they start spewing 'number number diversify margins', while their underlying principle can be quickly surmised as a mediocre to anyone informed
    AI being cloud-neutral necessarily means it will have *terrible* efficiency, neural nets should always be ran on specialised hardware when possible, you dont want them running on CPUs in any circumstance, and even GPUs are not ideal compared to state of the art

      This company is a REIT, they come to the table with the building and associated requirements: power, cooling, security, fire protection, so mainly physical equipment. What hardware get's installed on the floor is your problem as a renter, not the building owner.

    Ya guys just gotta make it about AI. DLR hosts data centers; floor space; the facility - not the server content. Absolutely pathetic. This just futures my disrespect for CNBC.
