    I added the T-Design center console mounted sunglasses case. Ergonomically it is far easier to put your sunglasses in than any other location inside the car. It is very well made and I love it. I have the LED corner lights too. I also ordered and returned the Zunsport grilles as well.

    I added the aluminum look gas cap and the LED third brake light to my GTS. Also a exterior color-matched ignition switch. The brake light was a bit of a chore but the payoff looks great. Did the LED side indicators as well...big difference.

  • @wailermon1

    I've done much the same mods, Other significant upgrades:
    Anti-Laser Priority 5 head jammer system combined with Netradar. Best concealed setup for 360 degree protection. I've had Escorts, Valentines, Bel and Stinger. The ALP/Netradar is the absolute best stealth combo on the planet. Is a bit of a challenge to install, but well worth the time. Have to pull the front bumper. I was able to fish the wires to the rear by pulling the tail lights and running the two rear jamers out the license plate lights to either side of the tag. I made a black bracket that mimicked the cutout shape of the bumper to mount them in. They are highly configurable, and can double as parking proximity sensors as well!
    Blackview front and rear HD dashcams are unobtrusive and will protect the vehicle on the road or when parked. Well worth the i~$400 nvestment. Be sure and buy it with the power management module to keep from depleting the Porsche battery. This one is a no-brainer. Does a great job. Got them at the Dashcam Store.
    You have an "S" so you already had dual exhaust tips. I didn't want to pay Fabspeed $500 for their tips, so I took a chance on some new knock-offs out of Taiwan, and they are fabulous for about $200. Easy installation, excellent quality and fit. Found them on eBay, and they are the X exhaust design so they sound great too.
    I have pictures of all of this, and can get links if anyone is interested.

      Jesper P to give you some feedback... coming from a WRX STI and an S2000 the Cayman is an incredible car on the road and the track. Drop dead reliable and only burned some oil on the track at 100F heat (1qt). I have the 2.7L with 30k miles. Where the other cars felt raw they were clunky and jittery. The Cayman chassis feels like a solid piece of steel with no rattles, makes 100 feel like 50, goes exactly where you point it. It’s an amazing piece of engineering with much more time and effort put into every aspect of the car that you can feel and see. Should age well and retain some of its value in the long run as well. Manual + NA mid engine... where else can you find that for $30ish on the used market!?

    +1. Nice enhancements. .. Jeez Porsche AG... a sports car at this price level with "optional" Bluetooth,,, damn. .. Thoughtful ideas for this new-to-us MY15 981 Boxster S w/PDK. .. The original owner optioned this Boxster S just shy of $89K. .. The 20-inch Carrera Classic alloys even with PASM makes for a slightly stiff hwy ride during day-long road trips. .. Would 19-inch alloys having an ever so taller sidewall cure this rough ride character? .. An 18-inch alloy wheel aesthetic just wouldn't look the part .... Cheers, M/S

      I have two 911 (a 991.1 Turbo and 997 C4 cabrio) the 997 still has often a flat battery. My Porsche dealer mostly reloads the battery and gives me a realy nice replacement car for 2-4 days. After the lastflat battery if have been verry disgusted at my Porsche dealer and they decided to replace the conventional battery with a LiIon battery and the problem was solved.

      @DriverGuy23  Před 6 lety +2

      Revino Theron , Dark Blue Metallic, not a very interesting name, but very pretty. In different light, it can look bright blue, dark blue, & sometimes even a bit of purple.

    Dear, what I have noticed from the video are no 1-you have replaced the original parts with aftermarket one. no 2- you advise or recommended viewer to change the tyre from Pirelli to michalan witch its completely wrong .i try this with my Porsche dealer and the told me to fix with the recommended tyre or the warranty will be expired.

    • @DriverGuy23
      @DriverGuy23  Před 5 lety +1
