MESH is also not compatible with all other bluetooth devices. So the other people have to have MESH units too, which hardly anyone does.

When you say not bluetooth 8r...do you actually mean it will not connect to any other units via bluetooth, only ones with the same mesh system?

It has Bluetooth but only to connect to your TFT displays and phones. It doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity between com units.

Got this device (ucom 2) months ago for an adventure trip.
I used it one day, the next day I tried to charge it and no way. Battery dead. I used an external battery the whole trip.
When I got back home, did buy another battery. Same story, used it once, battery not charging anymore, dead.
Case you are wondering how do I charge it? No nuclear energy the same old little charger I used with any other device, phone, gps...
I feel totally cheated.
