- The Transformers movies have always been considered some of the worst movies of all time. As a weeaboo I have to go against the norm. Watch my transformers live action movie ranking to see what I think of these masterpieces!

The original trilogy is great, although the movies aren't perfect, they are a good time when you just want to see nonstop action.

Transformers 2 the scene where Sam meets the original Primes are underrated.. The primes sacrificed to protect the matrix, Sam did to, so I don't think it's ' wonky' considering the souls of primes are sealed with the matrix
I wasn’t saying there aren’t good aspects to the scene, but then reviving Sam somehow still seems a bit weird.
I think the best part is where Prime goes for the 3v1 scene
I would have rise of beast much higher for making me like character voice by Pete Devidson which is feat by it's own

The sad thing is, the Romeo and Juliet scene from AOE could have been one of the best scenes in the movie... If they had let Cade beat the shit out of him right after he said that. I swear I would have been rooting for him 😂

Bumblebee is underrated in my opinion. The designs are clean and badass. I would say it's the only movie in the franchise that actually looks really good, if you watch it in the cinema or good 4K TV some shots look absolutely amazing. (I haven't seen the new one yet)
Yeah the designs combine sleek, badass looking elements with G1 accuracy. And the fights are amazing and not just characters fighting faceless fodder in a dark gray landscape. (Like in rotb)

thank you, only just watched rise of the beasts last week but i just thought the whole movie was just stupid, i was genuinely impressed at how wrong they done it and the designs were the worst we’ve seen
yeah it was disappointing for me.
Okay I’ll admit that I haven’t heard the arguments but putting REVENGE OF THE FALLEN above BUMBLEBEE and ROTB is criminal. If the argument is just that it had better fight scenes, then okay I guess, but how the bell is AGE OF EXTINCTION above ROTB. That movie has like two actual fight scenes, the worst characters in cinema, a god awful plot they didn’t spend even 5 minutes trying to explain…oh and pointless pedo justification lmao
Wait never mind you put the last knight above ROTB? Holy shit that’s even worse, TLK is barely a movie, there isn’t a single fight scene longer than 5 seconds without a cut away
@@JacobKasza I just think ROTB is bad. Bumblebee is more contentious, but I think it’s just above averages imo ROTF is solidly above both of them. The last knight is bad, but I just found it more entertaining than the other two.

TLK isn’t good, rise of the beasts was just that bad. Me and my friend didn’t like it and my brother said it was the worst movie he has ever seen, lol. I definitely wouldn’t go that far myself, but it just wasn’t fun for me.

@@xXSonTJXx Optimus and Noah definitely had more character development than the characters from the other movies, but that’s more or less due to the other movies not really having any character development at all, lol. The character development in ROTB was very standard and predictable. The only moment I felt tension and pay off from the character development was when Noah was about to destroy the device, but like I said, it was predictable and we knew he wouldn’t destroy it. I much preferred Sam as a protagonist. He didn’t have much development or real world struggles, but he was just more entertaining. I go to transformers for dumb over the top entertainment, which is my top priority, but I won’t say character development isn’t a bonus.

She actually had a character with depth. The blonde model in the third was a snooze. A gorgeous one, sure, but nevertheless a surface level snooze fest.
I don't care about human characters tbh but Bumblebee and Rotb Human characters were goated🐐

The Last Knight is too damn high
I knew most people would disagree with that placement, but I just enjoyed it more than the ones below. However I will agree from a story and editing standpoint, it's the worst of the bunch.

@@xXSonTJXx eh, I think most people would agree she doesn’t fit your typical “American beauty standards.” I prefer athletic looking bodies and/or hourglass figures. She has a more homely look, and her face is round which kind of makes her look overweight even though I don’t think she really is. But everyone has their own preferences and there is no objective scale to measure human attractiveness.

Well she doesn’t have curly hair, but you get my point, lol. It’s mostly Dominique’s face I’m not into, and I she doesn’t have an over “thicc” body like Niki.

AOE was boring for me. TLK was bad, but it entertained me. I do love Lockdown though. AOE had some really cool scenes, but it was the longest one, and most of it was bad. Cade’s daughter and her boyfriend are easily the worst characters in the franchise.

20:04 the reason aspect ratio change is because the movie was shot with 4:3 type camera and 16:9 type camera and for the final product the director just peek the scene that look better so it just switch between 4:3 and 16:9 because some dude decide this angle looks better on that ratio and that one better on the other ratio let's mix it up
They should have kept it to one camera type then.

There was a good amount of action but it just wasn’t that interesting. I thought the final battle was kind of boring since it was just a sea of pet enemies. The worst part were the in between scenes. I liked the moments with Sam in the first three. I didn’t like the human scenes in this one.
