Loved this adaptation, My dad who doesn't even watch anime loved the show as well. Puts death note live action and others to shame!

@@weeaboo-warrior In my opinion good rule of thumb is that if someone enjoys an adaptation without prior knowledge of the original, it succeeded. Hope there’s many more seasons of the live action!
Honestly I don’t mine luffy being weaker than the main villains. For the sake of story telling it’s ok for luffy to start off struggling so that his victories show more growth

It already has a fuckton of strong characters to rank up and with Spider-Man 2 introducing Lizard, Kraven, Venom, Sandman and a lot of other characters, it could make for a very extensive tierlist!

@weeaboo-warrior it's pretty much a live action karate shonen. If you like sports anime, and stories that tackle themes of passing things on to the next generation you'll probably dig it.

Slight correction: Shanks gave up his arm to teach Luffy a lesson: Real scars are earned. Luffy tried to prove he was ready for adventure by scaring himself, Shanks showed Luffy wasnt ready by scaring himself even more.
That’s an interesting theory. Do you have evidence that supports this is true?
@@weeaboo-warriorwell, *spoilers* garp destroyed an entire island with one punch, and shanks was shown to be leagues above him (proven by the fact that his mere presence ended marineford). His conquerers Haki is in a league of its own and could have easily knocked the beast out without needing to move. Pretty clear he lost his arm on purpose. Shanks also 1 shot Kidd who is worth 3 billion berry and scales way above an oversized fish💀
@@fernandofernandez8723 and Roger was killed by regular swords, what’s your point? Strong characters can be damaged be things weaker than themselves when they don’t have armament haki active.
@@weeaboo-warrior Because shanks had every ability to use armament haki, conquerers haki, observation haki (including future sight). Rogers died of his own accord because he was very ill, and didnt want to live anymore. Shanks lost his arm to prove a point to luffy, not because the sea beast got the better of him lmao.
@@fernandofernandez8723 At that point in the story Oda might not as realized how strong he was going to make the characters in the future. Shanks letting his arm being taken off is possible, but still 100% headcanon. And where was it stated Roger was sick?
I'd be excited to see when the scaling in later arcs break your sanity even further than the Naruto tier list did.

Yes, He used his new exploding star and with the help of the bottle of alcohol Chu was carrying he was able to beat him. Usopp wouldnt be able to take him in a straight on fight though
What @gabewasp said. Usopp stands no chance against Chew in a fair fight, and Chew would be way more powerful in most scenarios. The dude is bullet proof and has a machine gun for a mouth.

After this current season ends there's a good amount of characters for a tierlist, and the hierarchy becomes a little clearer. Probably also good to capitilize on a lot of those in the JJK community enjoy power scaling, so they're probably more likely to click on a video about it.

yeah, the first two lists just didn't do well so the next one probably won't come out until the next jojo series comes out so the hype is higher.
I would definitely put Usopp higher. In the anime he was very clearly struggling but in the live action it was a very clear win for him
In the live action Usopp caught Chew off guard with an explosive round to his alcohol. In the anime he actually got in hammer shots. Usopp also has a bunch more feats in the anime.

I would honestly put Usopp in the Mid East Blue tier right above Alvida and Zoro with his final move against Mihawk could be at the bottom of the King of the East Blue tier
Why would Usopp be that high? And Zoro could theoretically be that high, but there is no way to prove it.

honestly I love that the villains look so menacing, I get why they looked stupid in the manga/anime, you want to show the Straw Hats on another level and show that they actually have a good chance going into the Grandline more than these quitters who chill in the weakest sea. but I don't think the Live Action would've been as successful if the villains were as weak and threatless as in the manga, you do need conflict and tension to write a great story, and you can't just cross your fingers and hope people will stick around for season two where there's a proper challenging group of villains

Who wins Live Action Chew or Black Widow?
If Black Widow has all of her gear, I would side with her. She has more skill and would repeatedly hit Chew with her widow bites. If the fight is out in the open with a good amount of space between them, Chew might be able to tag her with his liquid bullets first.

@@jacobcrist7982 probably. Chew is pretty durable, so he’ll be hard to put down. It just depends how well the widow bites work on him.

Why video author trying to pronounce complete sentences by single air breath? Each sentence we can hear how volume smoothly decreases in the end, and yells on the start of sentence. Such strange feeling...
It would sound weirder to take a breath mid sentence. And I would say my volume is pretty consistent throughout this video.

buggy getting one shotted by kurobi was to underrated for buggy,shouldve made it more of a fight sicne buggy anime wouldnt lose easily.

Zoro he could die to the bad match up, but if Kuroobi can beat Buggy easily, Sanji should be able to do the same with his finishing moves.
