- After the massive success of my Ultimate Star Wars Strength and Power Tier List, I have decided to dive back into the galaxy far far away and make a tier list ranking the star wars the clone wars characters in terms of who would win in a fight.

Personally, Rex got to go up. he was able to resist the inhibitor chip long enough for Ahsoka to remove it, and always came in clutch for Anakin and Ahsoka.
That’s not really a feat that will help in a fight though

I'm glad you gave Dooku the respect he deserves. Him versus Maul is a big debate, but I have always thought that Dooku wins through his experience and skill with the force
Technically Maul was more experienced with the dark side of the Force than Dooku. It's a surprise that Maul either doesn't know or doesn't use force lightning, given the fact that Sidious trained Maul from his birth
@@boganbanetrue but Dooku is just more experienced overall. He is confirmed to be the superior duelist and force wielder by a pretty considerably margin.
Well in canon it is said that Maul is Better duelist. I like this idea. That Maul is Better duelist, and Dooku is stronger with the force. Maul mastered few form of lightsaber combat, while Dooku used only Makashi, Thats why I think Maul wins lighsaber duel, he is more flexible. The can use single lightsaber, one Double lighsaber or 2 lightsabers and he is skilled in all of them. Makashi was the greatest strenght of Dooku and his greatest weakness. He was unable to use other forms, because of his unique lightaber or his age. Normally most of jedi/sith was skilled in a few forms. Like Obi wan in Soresu/Ataru, Anakin in Shien/Djem So/Ataru. His skill with Makashi was enough to win duels with most of enemies. But Anakin/Yoda/Maul/Windu/Palpatine are more skilled and more flexible and Thats what really matters in duel.
@@asokatano9410 Flexibility is not really a factor in duels. Mastering just one form to its utmost pinnacle was how people achieved greatness. Dooku mastered all 6 forms to my knowledge, but worked only on Makashi to such a degree that there were few who could stand a chance against him. Obi-Wan also mastered Soresu to such a degree that he was able to hold off Vader on Mustafar for a long time. Anakin Skywalker himself wasn't actually so notably skilled in any of the forms, but made up for that skill gap with his immense power. As Darth Vader, he stylized and completely mastered a hybrid form of Makashi and Djem-So.
So in conclusion, complete mastery + power is what helps a person win, not flexibility. Palpatine and Maul had completely mastered the seventh form Juyo (which combined the acrobatics of Ataru with the agressiveness of Djem-So and powered it with dark emotions).
So in my opinion, Maul and Dooku are about equal in skill with their lightsaber, although in different forms. Maul is said to be equal to Talzin in raw Force potential, who in turn is said to be an equal to Sidious. So Maul has an upper hand when it comes to the Force, and would win if he wasn't so arrogant all the time. Unfortunately, Dooku is also powerful (not as much as Maul, but enough to keep up with him), and is able to keep his mind during duels, which will allow him a victory in most cases.
This hypothetical is such a joke and just shows how much bias fans have for their favorite characters

I love that comment about Obi-Wan having "A game moments". Obi-Wan really is HIM. That fight where he solos both maul and savage after Adi Gallia dies is still arguably a top 10 Star Wars fight.

When starting this video, I thought this list would probably be completely outrageous, but it's actually surprisingly good and well researched. I only disagreed with a few close picks and even there I thought the cases you made were valid. Also, ranking some characters multiple times, as their abilities change throughout the show was a great idea!

I agree with pretty much everything but Luminara’s placement. Her being higher than Plo Koon and Shaak Ti doesn’t make much sense when she got beaten by a season 1 Ventress and her force feats are minor. Plus both Plo and Shaak Ti were on the council at some point so I would expect them to be better overall.
I agree that makes sense, those just haven’t done anything noteworthy in the clone wars.

Another great list, love the fact you included slick. The power scaling on the higher tiers was on point.
Feels weird to see Windu below Douku. I feel like even in the second movie Windu already ranks above them and if anything, he probably still had more potential to grow in power.
He could definitely be above Dooku. He just doesn’t do anything in the Clone Wars to prove it.

@@weeaboo-warrior Mace’s shatterpoint and vaapad was obviously quite effective against Sidious, but it is hardly the reason he won. He also grew highly in power during the Clone Wars like most other Jedi, and had simply become a better duellist than Sidious.

You're making the best tier lists in the galaxy as usual! It's too bad we never got to see the Dark Disciple episodes where Quinlan Vos gets a ton of shine, but the novel was still really good at least. He jumps up to a minimum of High Master in Dark Disciple based on him actually defeating Dooku.
Yeah, I still pray Dark Disciple and Son of Dathomir get animated one day!
For real, seriously underrated character
Arguably ROTS Kenobi should be in the peak master tier right behind Dooku because while he was defeated by Dooku, he easily defeated Grievous and then went on to defeat Anakin.
Many people say that their fight depicted Anakin as the clear stronger of the two and while I would give him the edge I’d say they’re in the same realm (him Dooku and Anakin are roughly equal in my opinion with mostly match up changing the outcome) as their force pushes were equal showing that Anakin wasn’t stronger than obi wan in the force and Obi Wan did win fair and square, as while Anakin did lose to hubris that should honestly be a point against him (alongside the fact that they were even throughout the whole duel getting the same amount of melee strikes and playing into their styles of Anakin being aggressive and Obi Wan defensive so I wouldn’t consider that aspect of the fight to be a point against him either) as that is a genuine hindrance just as it is to Maul.
It could also be an “A Game” moment but I don’t feel that should count as a separate slot entirely as that is ultimately still Obi Wan and the whole concept comes from Sam Witwer who while very knowledgeable doesn’t actually have authority over canon facts such as Obi Wan only being at that tier when he needs to be.
I do genuinely think Obi Wan at that point would easily dispatch Maul and was why he never gave him the time of day and focused on bigger issues.
Also Sidious arguably did better than Yoda in ROTS so I’d put him above for that reason alone.
I think there are multiple factors with Obi-wan vs Anakin and Dooku that can be considered. Fighting style differences, the fact Obi-wan could have been stronger by the time he fought Anakin, Anakin being mentally off balance, Anakin being cocky, Obi-wan being super focused, ect. I do think when it comes to pure saber combat, prime ROTS Kenobi is Dooku level, if not arguably higher, but he seems to be lacking in the force power department. In my previous ultimate star wars strength and power tier list, I did have Obi-wan right under Dooku. I do think that's a far assessment if you are talking about prime ROTS Kenobi, but I wanted to keep this list to mainly TCW versions. Same reason I have Yoda above Sidious. Sources say Sidious grew stronger after order 66, and that's when I think he surpassed Yoda.
@@weeaboo-warrior that’s perfectly reasonable. Personally I would include ROTS when considering the rankings since it happens concurrently with Season 7 but I get why you wouldn’t. I would still personally push Obi-Wan at least the top of mid master or right next to Windu it just seems a bit odd for him to be below mid series Anakin considering they usually are portrayed as being equals at respective points in the war.
An argument could still be made for Sidious since he force stomped Dooku while Yoda stalemated Dooku at best in AoTC but that is more of a nitpick than anything.

I wouldn't say that he "easily" defeated Grevious. That fight was the closest Grevious ever came to actually killing Obi-Wan, and if it weren't for that blaster rifle being close by, Obi-Wan would have likely died. I mean, he was literally seconds away from A. Having his head smashed in by Grevious' foot, or B. Being thrown from the platform into a _very_ large pit.

This was a great list but I do think some of the Council members deserved a bit more respect, though i understand the lack of feats for many of them in the show hurts their rank.
Yup especially Plo Koon, he was able to defeat Ventress with one hand and was the only one to ever defeat Yoda in a lightsaber battle

Good Assessment on power levels! I think if I were to change anything though, it would be to put Some of the Council level masters (especially Plo Koon, Kit Fisto, Shaak Tii and Ki Adi Mundi) higher up on the list^^
Kit Fisto is someone I thought could possibly go in the mid master tier, but the others just don’t have the showings in the clone wars to be justified higher.

@@Mathias_Cyril that is a good feat, but Ahsoka got more kills than Anakin and she was clearly way weaker than him, so it can’t really be used to quantify how strong he is.

The Zillo Beast would normally be above Yoda and Sidious, however the head-to-head book says that Yoda would basically use a mind trick on it to make it go away. Not really the same thing as being weaker, it's just got low willpower.
That’s true, though Kylo killed a Zillo beat by jumping in its mouth and killing it from the inside, so I think Yoda and Sidious could replicate that.

However I do believe that Anakin on Mortis was literally a God himself, yes it was a one time thing but he literally controlled the brother and the sister at the same time, while they had a massive "home advantage" while Anakin was just put on the spot there, leaving them on their knees.
That version of Anakin, while it was sort of a fever dream to me was the most powerful being we have ever seen, as it is full potential Anakin, but thats just me dude.

I think Shaak Ti is WAY underranked. Though I understand you are primarily going based off of the show and not everything as a whole. Cause, as a whole, Shaak Ti was a high council member, one of only ten jedi selected to be chosen as a "high general" in the clone wars. Was the only jedi to face Grevious twice and survive (not counting Obi-Wan after the Clone Wars series, before the series Shaak Ti was the only one), and she has a ton of crazy accomplishments in legends. Including being able to disoriente Anakin in a quick skirmish at the jedi temple in order to escape, etc. etc. lol! I'm also probably biased since she is arguably my favorite jedi.

Really well made video! Personally I would rank Kit Fisto and Plo Koon. Especially since it's said they are some of the best fighters. Sad they get so little showtime.
Outstanding video in general, thanks for it. The main placements I would question are towards the top:
Yoda > Sidious: This is pretty questionable since it just seems to me that Yoda has never really been able to get the better of Sidious and overall gets outmaneuvered by him. Though you could argue that Knightfall made Sidious more powerful and since Yoda was still able to compete with him even with this power increase, it stands to reason that Yoda might have been a shade more skillful to begin with, so this one I could possibly accept.
Dooku > Talzin: Dooku is doubtlessly a better lightsaber duelist, but I’m not sure I could say he is better than Talzin overall. Talzin was able to get the better of Dooku with her esoteric powers and cunning on more than one occasion and was powerful enough to sustain a force clash with Palpatine and Dooku at the same time. Restoring Maul and being able to disappear are also low key crazy feats and in general I think Talzin is often underrated.
Anakin/Talzin/Dooku > Mace: Talzin was never able to get the better of Mace in a significant way so her feats above Mace here seem a bit exaggerated. On the other hand, she got the better of Dooku in nearly every encounter they had. Dooku was also beaten by Anakin and trounced by Sidious, whereas Mace was able to go toe-to-toe with Palpatine pretty comfortably. On the other hand, Palpatine could force stomp Anakin like it was nothing. I agree with your video about Palpatine really not losing to Mace (great video there by the way), but Mace was still skilled or powerful enough to compete with Palpatine whereas Anakin and Dooku clearly are not. I know Anakin is level 9 and Mace isn’t, but Anakin’s best feats seem to be against Dooku who has his fair share of losses, and overall it’s clear that CW Anakin could not compete at Palpatine’s level whereas Mace seemingly could (seeing as he did not get noticeably more powerful in ROTS), and Anakin was a distorted level 9 without true mastery. Anakin may be more powerful than Mace, but I’m still inclined to think that he has less mastery, reliability and skill, so is overall inferior.
Still, I’m open to counter arguments and I agree with pretty much all the rest.
Yoda vs Sidious: Yeah, there are multiple canon sources stating Sidious got stronger after order 66, so that version of Palpatine wasn't considered when making this list. I think a prime Palpatine is above Yoda.
Dooku vs Talzin: I agree Talzin is very powerful, and arguably more powerful than Dooku, but Dooku showed he was powerful enough to force Yoda into a saber duel. If he can do that to Yoda, he should be able to do that to Talzin. Talzin needed prep time to get Dooku with her powers. Dooku came right to Dathomir in person and Talzin didn't try anything on him in person.

Completely agree with you on Sidious vs Yoda no disagreement there.
I think Talzin is supposed to be portrayed as above Dooku as she kind of comes off as being Sidious/Yoda level in her presentation but the show also forgot that that’s exactly what Dooku was supposed to be in AoTC. Based on her feats her placement is pretty fair honestly.
I always found Windu overrated honestly as he was really only put in for the Samuel L Jackson plug, but there are some cool ideas with his character like the novelization building up his love for the Republic. For his strength Dooku dod stalemate Yoda after defeating Obi Wan and Anakin which I honestly find a better feat that what Windu’s performance against Sidious. It doesn’t make sense for the plot of the film for Sidious to goad Anakin to snitch on him unless he was completely sure he could dominate the fight (hence why he waited for Yoda to leave) so while I’m sure Mace actually did compete with Sidious like how Maul did the fight at no point was genuinely in his favor in all likelihood
I watched the Mace vs Palpatine video and mentioned it in my comment; I said that I agree with the video, but nonetheless I think Mace is quite strong and his feats overall seem better than Clone Wars Dooku/Anakin to me, not sure about Talzin though.
As for Dooku vs Yoda, I don't think Dooku forced Yoda into a saber duel. Their force duel consisted of Yoda simply blocking Dooku's attacks, and doing so with ease as though it was no significant effort to him (even saying cocky things to Dooku in the process). Yoda is a true Jedi and doesn't generally use the force aggressively ("Jedi uses the force for defense, never for attack"), so that is why he would never beat Dooku using the force, even though he is apparently significantly more powerful than Dooku in the force. Further, Dooku beating Anakin and Obi-Wan is not a very impressive feat as of Episode 2 since neither were very powerful at that point. Obi-Wan struggled with Jango Fett in that same movie, someone Dooku could kill with a flick of his wrist. And Anakin was just a Padawan (albeit a very skilled one).
Yoda did not even try to use a single force attack against Dooku; Dooku just arrogantly thought himself Yoda's equal with the force when he clearly was not based on their feats. Rather, it seems like Yoda saber dueled Dooku by choice because he knew that he would beat Dooku without too much difficulty, which is why Dooku ultimately had to run from the fight. Yoda also doesn't tend to use many aggressive force powers, since he believes that those powers lead to the dark side.
Technically, you could even say Yoda forced Dooku to a saber duel, since Dooku’s powers were useless against Yoda. I doubt that would be possible with someone like Talzin, if Yoda had to fight her.
Point being, Dooku never successfully competed with Yoda, but Mace was skilled enough to compete with Palpatine in a lightsaber to disarm him. I don't think this means that Mace beat Palpatine since Palpatine could always beat Mace with the force, but Palpatine couldn't just trivially defeat Mace in sabers due to the particular skills Mace has (Vaapad, shatterpoint, high level of skill in general). Maul was not able to compete with Sidious as successfully as Mace did either, and lost to Sidious quite quickly.
Dooku has also lost to Anakin on more than one occasion, someone Palpatine could almost arbitrarily force stomp. This doesn't seem to be the case for Windu and Talzin as he found them much more difficult to defeat using the force (though he could defeat them).
Talzin on the other hand was able to outright possess Dooku's consciousness (which is type of total domination of Dooku in the force), could block his force powers and Palpatine's at the same time (this is even better than Yoda's feats of blocking Palpatine's lightning), and in general has many other crazy esoteric force abilities that Dooku could only dream of. Dooku may indeed be a better lightsaber duelist, but it's doubtful that he'd be able to force Talzin into a saber duel (he didn't really do this in Yoda's case anyways) because her lightning is stronger, her force deflections are stronger, she can literally turn into mist to avoid his melee attacks, and she can downright possess his physical body and mind.
Talzin doesn’t seem like she could do any of that to Mace; if she could, why wouldn’t she? She was never able to gain an advantage against him.
Personally, if I'm ranking the 4 in that tier, I would do it differently:
Talzin > Mace > Anakin > Dooku
Talzin could arguably be a tier higher, due to being more similar to Yoda and Sidious in power, just lowest in that tier
I can accept Yoda > Sidious if we consider only CW

It’s funny how despite the statements by the creator, people still take it as he won or he lost. My favorite character is Darth Maul in the clone wars, and I think he got the respect he deserves here. I really don’t disagree with anything here.. I have one question that’s just for fun, who do you think would’ve won.. Darth Maul and Savage Opress vs Count Dooku. That question is just for fun and I would like to see your opinion on this.
One thing I would say is that some of the Jedi council could’ve been a little bit higher, but considering the feats that we’re going off, they don’t have as many as the more focused on characters. So I see your reasoning.
@@TheKingKnownAsSilva I think Maul and Savage would beat Dooku in a tough fight. Dooku was already having some problems with a less experienced Savage and Ventress, and this team is quite a bit stronger.
I think plo deserved higher because of the fact that maul even said he was one of the strongest duelests ever and he even beaf yoda in a fight. But otherwise very fair rating!

I think S7 obi wan should be above Mid CW Ani. Or does he get a powerboost till Mid Rots? Also I think S7 ani should be behind mace and dooku. Knightfall Anakin/Vader was definitely above them. 🙏
Well he did give the amped obi wan a tier update so I think mustafar obi wan gets it too but Dark Anakin should also get a level up. But they pretty much matched the force powers. Let's wait for him to make the video I hope we don't have to wait for long .

I think George Lucas made comments about Episode 3 to the effect that only Mace Windu and Yoda were able to fight Sidious and that Dooku was able to give either of those two a good fight.
So I would argue that Mace should be at the top of the "Peak Master" tier. I don't think Episode 3 Anakin was so much better over his season 6 self to be able to go toe to toe with Sidious.
Great tier list. I wonder how mace windu would actually do in a fight against anakin or dooku, especially considering sam witwer’s comment about how the demeanors and context of a fight in star wars usually decide the winner.

@@weeaboo-warriorI have seen this argument multiple times to defend the placement of multiple strong Jedi masters (plo koon, ki adi Mundi, Shaak ti, Quin lan vos, etc.) I would say that this argument would make sense if you would just have used feats from the show exclusively. However you did not do that (for example using ep. 3 to rank Anakins final Version which has no feat in clone wars to back the ranking up) and therefore this argument makes no sense at all. You could have just used any accolade these characters have (for example a the official datafile for es.3 stating plo Koon is one of the strongest Jedi ever) basically giving them the feats they are missing. Furthermore their title and the experience they have (in the force and combat training) alone should allow for them to be ranked higher as that makes them get close to other high council members like obiwan.
Then on the other hand you are ranking a character like pong Krell whose feats are not much better than the feats of Ki adi mundi in the show . The clones power in the clone wars reaches from pretty solid to absolute fodder missing every shot and being extremely stupid. Moreover pong krell was the aggressor here, he chose to fight the clones and was prepared for what was to come (which is vastly different from the Jedi during order 66 who were betrayed and surprised and were in no position to really fight back) and on top of that his skill set makes him perfect for fighting against masses of enemies. This does not make him automatically stronger than all of the other Jedi who got killed during order 66.
In my opinion a lot of the characters that have little feats are ranked unfairly, as their the only feats they have are not impressive
However these feats are not even close to the characters limit ( as they easily master the situations they are in). On the other hand the status of the characters portrays them to be much stronger than their actual feats. In my opinion such characters should not really be ranked and instead be mentioned in the tiers where they should probably belong.
@@timmodrow437 Almost all of the stuff you mentioned is non canon. I used the movies because their canonicity is unquestionable. The clone wars must adhere to the movies.
@@weeaboo-warrior what stuff did. I actually mention here? The only thing I specified was a statement from a movie datebook (which is directly tied to a movie and should therefore be still canon). I am not as familiar with the new Disney canon and have more knowledge on the legends stuff but there should still be atleast some other canon source material for further quantifying the characters strength (for quin lan vos dark disciple clearly shows him to be ridiculously strong). Even if some of these characters cannot be ranked sufficiently you should (in my opinion) just do what I said in the final part of my first comment: not ranking them at all or just saying where they could possibly belong based on their status (for example a Jedi master in the high council is with 30 years of training is very likely to be stronger than some one who is basically still a padawan). My point reading pong krell still remains (regardless of any canonicity of anything else I mentioned).
I will be using all canon guide statements and stuff I can when I make the final list. I just wanted to be very segmented with this video. The movies are the exception as they are the gold standard, but even then, I only used movie feats for end of clone wars/ep3 Anakin and Kenobi, and that was because they had no real feats in the show and I wanted a bit of connection of this list to the movies. @@timmodrow437

I'd argue that Anakin, while not enraged would be a spot below Dooku, as Tyranus was able to kick Anakin back without looking at him and simultaneously ragdoll and defeat Obi-wan with TK. I know Sidious said that Anakin was 'far younger and more powerful' than Dooku, but I think that was in reference to Skywalker, when harnessing his rage and the dark side (KFV/Zonanakin).

Plo Koon is criminally low. He at least deserves to be on early cw obi-wan and kit fisto's level. I've heard that at the time of the clone wars he was the only known jedi to have beaten master yoda in a duel.

You underestimate the chaos that is Chopper he is extremely intelligent and has no morals of his own seeing as he was ok with blowing up the baby, he should be either a tier above or at the top of the tier you put him in Ur Star Wars rankings are peak we need more Yoda appears for a brief episode in rebels so maybe he should get a bit of a cameo in the bottom of grand master since I think he is in his post-prequel trilogy form which is stronger than prequel Yoda Waiting for one piece alabaster power level.

BIG FAN!!! Good video. Personally, I feel that Comics, RoTS novels, and portrayals all show Vader> Obi-Wan. I feel people really should read his comics(Really good). Vader was always conflicted internally & never got over it. The first with Obi-Wan fights dealt with that concept. The novelization for Revenge of the Sith is confirmed so if I remember (his eyes also changed from Sith to normal if I remember right). Can't remember the exact reasoning but Filoni explained Anakin had no real inner conflict with Ahsoka which is why he wasn't nerfed in any way with her. As we saw In the last fight Ben essentially just acted as a trap for the rebels to get away. And ultimately accepted his fate. 2 things I want to touch upon
• Savage holding his own better against Sidious than the other 3 masters did is blatantly obvious because of the medium it’s portrayed by.
The Jedi masters wore heavy prosthetics in a 2005 Live action movie and their entire sequence had to be changed because Palaptines Stund double fell sick. While Savage‘s fight was animated which naturally allows for much more. More action, more jumps, more spins, longer fights etc. so I don’t think it’s fair to use this against the Jedi
• Savage didn’t quickly defeat Adi Gallia, and he surely didn’t do it because he was more skilled than her, he had a massive stats edge on her and caught her off guard with his force push. She danced around his moves before that.

Honestly, I would rather have Mother Talzin in Grandmaster due to her being a power house in the Clone Wars.
She was also feared by Sidious, that it even took Sidious, Dooku, and Grevious to take her down.
Also She was equally to Darth Sidious himself.
Also, She has managed to keep Mace Windu in Defensive Mode and even make it to a stalement.
She managed to torture Dooku across the Galaxy.
She temporarily held of Palpatine’s force lightning, but imo she was getting overpowered. Attacking Dooku across the galaxy required prep time. She did about as well against Sidious as Dooku did against Yoda, so I think Dooku’s superior dueling gives him the win, unless Talzin has prep time.

When it was just the two of them neither of them was loosing but then dooku and maul joined and the combined might of dooku and sidious started to over power maul and her. I think she should be in grand master just below Yoda and sidious. I don’t believe she is stronger than them but she comes pretty close. If she was able to contend with sidious and he viewed her as a rival that should at least put her above dooku and anakin. But again just my opinion!

I just gotta say, in the novelisation of episode 3 I believe it is revealed that dooku lost on purpose to Anakin, as Sidious told him he wouldn't kill him and they could use Anakin as a pawn.
I still believe Anakin is really powerful, but I'm not sure if I would put him above dooku in combat.

This is Legends and also in the novelisation it's said that during the fight with Anakin, Dooku actually feared for his life so he don't threw the fight because as the fight goes the Anakin amped by hatred surpassed Dooku

@@KyleWallPuncher Yes but we don't have enough prof to that, also maybe if Dooku started serious and Anakin started amped by hatred in the very start the fight may ended up having the same outcome ( and I'm not considering Obi Wan, honestly I think serious dooku would have killed him in a minute as Makashi counters Soresu ), and with the ROTS novelization being Legends, the information that Dooku was holding back in Canon is just nonexistent.
@@tomioka3247 I think it’s still pretty obvious that the plan was to turn Anakin and not kill him, it’s why Dooku baits Anakin into a rage. I agree that Anakin would’ve probably still won the outcome, but this fight wasn’t Dooku at his best. (Side note, I think Obi wan could’ve done better against Dooku even if his form was countered, in the novelization for RoTS Dooku notes how Obi Wans blade work was perfect, how it was never a millimeter more than needed and it scared him)

For Anakin and Obi-wan. S7 Maul and Ahsoka are technically revenge of the sith as well.

Yeah he could be argued there, especially in power, but imo he doesn’t really have enough feats to put him there and too many anti feats.
And now with Ashoka we have Anakin at the top. (He clearly let Ashoka win to teach her a lesson)

Maybe everything could have been avoided if Ahsoka listened to Maul
Mother Talzin needs to be in the Grand Master category since to kill her took the combined efforts of Dooku Grevious and Palpatine and even then she only lost because she used her powers to teleport maul away instead of defending herself
Sidious would have solod her. The others helping doesn’t mean he needed them. Grievous didn’t even kill her until she was already in her knees about to lose.
@@weeaboo-warrior Sidious admitted that she was one of the few being in the galaxy that could actually threaten him. If he really thought that he could solo her wouldn't have come up with an extremely contrived plan to draw her out of hiding and stack the odds in his favor as much as possible during the fight. He didn't do the same thing when it came to dealing with Maul and Savage when they took over Mandalore because he knew they weren't a threat to him. If he felt the same about Talzin he would not have brought his strongest servants with him. In terms of Force ability she's easily on the same level as him and Yoda. Her ability to absorb life force and dematerialize herself to escape death through are two skills that not even Palpatine could do, and he was an avid practitioner of Sith sorcery. The fact that he couldn't replicate those powers for himself (he had to use cloning instead to escape death) proves how powerful Talzin was. At the very least she was a match for Sidious (in terms of Force ability).
Talzin is just much trickier to kill than Maul. It's not just about her raw power. She also has strange abilities, like how if she gets any of Palpatine's DNA she can kill him from across the galaxy. You can argue she is a Palpatine level threat, but I don't think she is Palpatine/Yoda tier in head to head combat. @@DovahFett

I would put Ashoka near the Jedi knight level just a low one because of how she was able to hold off bariss offee and surviving grievous. She was also able to capture maul and was pretty much on par with him except the fact that he had more experience.
I think you need to look at the list again, or better yet watch the video. Ahsoka has multiple spots on this list.
I really want to see how Savage would be after his training by Count Dooku was completed. He would have probably been ATLEAST as skilled as Darth Maul but then with much more raw physical and Force powers, making him more powerful. Count Dooku and Savage together would have defeated Darth Sidious for sure in my opinion.
Yeah he would have been a force to be reckoned with.
For real tho! Savage is my favorite character in all of star wars followed by maul… imagine if the night sisters didn’t pull him out of their plan that early! I mean he was there for like a 5 days, going from nothing but physical strength to being a saber duelist but most impressively a force wielder, able to just easily knock dooku + ventress or anakin + obiwan away.. shit‘s crazy! If either that plan wasn’t canceled or on the other hand if sidious didn’t personally handle maul+savage early enough that would have been an interesting power dynamic to come!

I think Kenobi is close to him, but he didn’t really have a chance at victory. The canon book from a certain point of view made it clear Kenobi stood no chance.

I’ll probably make a tier list on that show as well. It’s hard to compare that show to this one since the feats are so exaggerated in that show, but he would probably be in mid to high master tier, as he was at least one level below Dooku.
Ventress>Savage and S7 Ahsoka. Grievous is also above Ahsoka.
I noticed a funny thingy in this teir list. So Plo koon is the only jedi to have ever beaten yoda in a duel, and a bunch of people are above him. Acording to that, that would put like ahoska above yoda and sidious. (definatly not the case, but still kinda funny)

What did he do that makes him better than Bane? Bane was stomping Boba repeatedly in a quick draw. That’s better than anything Greef did from what I remember.
@@weeaboo-warrior Just when we look at the speed of there quick draws, Greef is the fastest, but overall (due to his better agility and arsenal) Cad bane is probably better overall. Just thought it was some cool trivia that Carga has been shown to have the fastest on-screen quickdraw

Okay, small point I disagree with. Rex fought in the siege of Mandalore. So I'd suggest he gets placed above the mandalorian super commando tier, since he took out a bunch of them
We never see him do that though. And talking some out by shooting them at a distance in a war isn’t the same as fighting them in a 1v1 fight. Maybe if Rex is also equipped with his jet pack he might be in their level.

If savage survived and had more time to train he would've been probably one of if not the best character. Same with Maul.
W but I have to disagree with Ahsoka and Barris placement. Both are very skilled and very talented but peak Barris and Ahsoka are around knight level. Remember, they are still very young (around 17 years). For example, you scale s7 Ahsoka higher than first versions of Kenobi. I do not think is that way because Padawan Kenobi was also very good at dueling and I believe TPM Kenobi and CW Ahsoka are on the same level. Then we have AOTC Kenobi who is > TPM Kenobi and early clone wars Kenobi is > AOTC Kenobi. Even that Early CW Kenobi is not as strong as late CW Kenobi or ROTS Kenobi, he was already a JEDI MASTER in the beginnings of the Clone Wars. Also, I do not think S7 Ahsoka can win against Plo Run, Kit Fisto, Assaj Ventress, Grievous, Ki Add Mundi, Savage or other Jedi masters. Still W video
Barriss is actually multiple years older than Ahsoka, but I do agree it's weird they are that good while that young. But they have the feats to back it up, so it is what it is. Trust me, if I was writing the show, I would never have 17 year old Ahsoka on the same level as any adult Kenobi.
