How Strong are the Transformers Rise of the Beasts characters?

- After watching the new Transformers movie Rise of the Beasts, I decided to rank the characters from the movie as well as the Bumblebee movie in terms of how strong I think they are, placing them on my transformers strength and power tier list!
Imagine being megatron when you are the best Gladiator on Cybertron and lead a army during a massive war only to get defeated by a librarian
For me Shatter belongs to the top of the elite class, she is intelligent, skilled with close quarter combat and a triple changer, a muscle car and a fighter jet which give her speed on land and air. To this day she is still my favouraite decepticon outside Bayverse. Pretty sure she can win against Battletrap easily.

Any attack Mirage and Bumblebee did didn't even phase him, he would probably beat Shatter. I think Nightbird VS Shatter is a better matchup
When you factor in the massive size difference between the old and new generations of characters I think most of the new characters would be in a tier lower than where you placed them.

ROTB optimus is near the same height as lockdown at around 18ft
If arcee , elita one and chromia weren't so distracted by Sam , they could have not been injured. Beck they managed to survive a huge chunk of the fight. I don't believe they died from receptions or operation firestorm most likely ironhide helped them by providing cover fire off screen so that they could escape and survive firestorm.

- The thing for Optimus vs Scourge is that Scourge was stronger at the beginning but then in the final fight Optimus destroyed him and yes Noah did try to help a little bit but after that he went somewhere and it was just Optimus and Scourge and Optimus just said I've had enough and started going all out and destroyed Scourge
- Ironhide, Sideswipe and Crosshairs are stronger than Bumblebee characters a few spots above them
- Jetfire Optimus should be above Quintessa and Knight Optimus above The Fallen
When Optimus killer Scourge I’m pretty sure Scourge looked away to destroy the control panel for a second which gave Optimus an opening.
What makes you say Jetfire Optimus is above Quintessa and that Knight Optimus is above the Fallen?
@@weeaboo-warrior So for knight Optimus vs The Fallen I think Optimus wins because in his jet form the fight wasn't even close and Optimus fought The Fallen and Megatron together. And in knight form he can still fly but it would be a close fight. Tho The Fallen is the strongest Original Prime since Jetfire confirmed that his brothers could not stop him I still think knight Optimus is stronger. But in their primes/prime forms I think the list should be:
1. Optimus
2. Quintessa
3. The Fallen
4. Sentinel
5. Megatron, Scourge, Lockdown, 6 original Primes
And I know Quintessa is more powerful but she's more like 1 vs 1 character and Optimus can beat like 10 enemies in 10 seconds, also always wins in the end and Quintessa did tell Megatron:
"There's only one that can hurt us" at one point in the movie
@@MrBeePrime Noah carried the fight and distracted Scourge and anyways all throughout the movie Scourge is only focusing on his mission. He could have killed Optimus in the first fight but he wanted to complete his task. In the final battle when noah stopped helping we can see Optimus getting clapped in the 1 on 1 situation.
Also, Lockdown clapped Optimus in AOE in the final battle. Comparing the stats Lockdown has a similar if not more strength than prime as they are the only two to defeat the dinobots. He has more agility and more combat experience being a seasoned bounty hunter. He mopped Optimus in the 1 on 1 and later had pinned him to the wall with his own sword. He gotten nerfed abit versing Cade however, and he took down Bumblebee for the rest of the fight with one slam on the ground.
@@JapnoorComboz I hate how you use word clapped, I explained for Scourge and here is an explanation for Optimus vs Lockdown, after you read the explanation you will understand why Optimus is so much stronger than him:
There were "four fights" between them.
1. Off screen in Mexico city
2. When CW was chasing Cade, Lucas, Tessa and Shane
3. When Optimus was fighting Galvatron
4. Final fight
In the first fight Attinger tells Lockdown:
"What happened in Mexico city, I thought you had him(Optimus)" and Lockdown said that he gave him 2 mortal injuries and than humans allowed him to escape. Meaning that that was a trap, an ambush, even Optimus said that was a trap at one point in the movie and it wasn't a 1vs1 fight, Lockdown probably shot him behind his back or something, humans attacked Optimus and Optimus got away because he was injured and didn't want to hurt humans.
In the second fight Lockdown was chasing Optimus while Optimus was chasing CW in an attempt to stop them from hurting Cade, Tessa, Lucas and Shane(he wasn't running away from Lockdown). And even tho Optimus was injured and in a rusty state and was trying to save humans he still managed to beat Lockdown there, because he hung him on some ropes or something and could have killed him easily there but he went to save Cade and humans instead.
In third fight Optimus was winning against Galvatron and was above him, punching him and all that stuff and then Lockdown shot him behind the back, again, so yeah, even tho it's obvious and stupid, some people still say that Lockdown won that fight, lmao
In the final battle Lockdown gained and upper hand from the start because he had the high ground and some parts of a building that Lockdown shot fell on Optimus and Lockdown was winning at first because of that. Now, Cade was there but he did NOTHING to Lockdown and then Attinger came and Cade was helpless. Look now, Optimus turned the fight around, and was starting to beat Lockdown, then he saw that Attinger is going to shoot Cade, he put Lockdown on the ground(meaning he was winning and yes he was winning while also looking out for Cade, so he wasn't even 100% in a fight), shot Attinger and when he wasn't looking Lockdown gained an upper hand again and got Optimus on a wall with a sword through his chest. And then Bee and humans started helping, but it is so clear that Optimus would have beaten Lockdown if it wasn't for Cade.
And for you people that are saying Lockdown caught all the dinobots he is so strong, well think again, he probably just used that giant magnet from his ship, and that magnet almost sucked them in again but it was Optimus who destroyed the magnet.
So, my point is:
Lockdown is strong, but Optimus Prime is stronger!
i like that primals strength is compacted into a smaller more quick body when in robot mode

If you've ever seen the show, would you consider a Doctor Who tier list? It might be a little hard to scale the characters due to a lack of proper fight scenes, but I think you could end up with something interesting, especially if you include the classic show too.

I agree mostly except a few , I think Tf1 Megatron beat down Optimus the most out of everytime he got defeated , he literally could not stand up to defend Sam and the stakes were at an all time high with the Allspark, Sentinel also beat him down but i think Megatron did it way easier , I think those 2 should be higher than Scourge , I would also rate Megatronus higher than Quintessa simply because his powers just seemed more impressive, Telekinesis and teleportation are just way too OP and i don't think he could be defeated in a 1v1 fight under normal circumstances , maybe TF1 Megatron could have a shot at him since he wiped the floor with Optimus and he is also a prime so this 'Only a prime can defeat me' is kind of nonsense , either way i would put the Fallen above her cause she simply ran away from Optimus and Bee from a 2v1 fight , if she was that much more powerful than the Fallen (and by that Optimus and Bee) then she would have stayed and fought them , imo at least , lastly i would rank TLK Optimus and Megatron on the same level if not put Megatron slightly above than Optimus

I think dropkick should go above bumblebee. Bumblebee only won due to brains and his environment. If dropkick and bumblebee fought in a cage match, 1V1, dropkick would win 60% of the time
9:24 also shatter isn’t necessary way better than bee. He fought her after he fought dropkick and dropkick softened him up pretty good in that fight, so he was basically entering battle on half health. I think it’s implied that shatter is the brains and dropkick is the brawn. So they should be relative.

In my opinion, Scourge is the strongest / most powerful transformer we saw in Rise of the beasts, by far. I would put Optimus Prime, Optimus Primal, and Battletrap below him, as they were the strongest ones who kinda had the best feats, and then Scourge is just on another level. Of course Unicron doesn't count. And I'm pretty sure they got upgrades during the movie (the good guys obviously), so that shows how much they needed to beat Scourge, but I still think there's no way he's beating any of the Megatron Variants, or like any of the above average transformers from the Bayverse. And he's also like, half the size of Megatron. And one detail you might have missed during this tier list, is that most of the Transformer characters in this movie, are smaller than their Bayverse variants, with less powerful weapons.

Dont think those size charts are accurate cause Optimus in rotb is like 18-20 feet tall if i remember right and we have this confirmed by the statue that was used on tour which was 20 feet give or take

I disagree with some of the placements, I don’t think Mirage and Bee should be above Bayverse Ratchet and Ironhide.

I think jazz should have been in Elite if sideswipe is there jazz has more experience because in tf3 sideswipe was still in training by Ironhide and his blast where able to partially hurt Megatron they made him flinch not even hounds machine gun did that in tf5

What makes you say that? Mirage stood up to scourge on his own. Ironhide had to run from Megatron even with Ratchet and Jazz for back up. Megatron didn’t even consider them threats.

And here’s why: With one arm he defeated Megatron who got used to his newer stronger body from this video proved it but maybe it’s not but if it is because I’ll say it’s a newer stronger body Optimus killed him in about five seconds with ONE arm and even though Sentinel beat prime he was emotionally vulnerable and just fought like 500 deceptions and killed them ALL so he could be even primes level

Scourge over lockdown is debatable cause we don't know if they where in the same galaxy at the same time for that statement to be valid as we know Lockdown especially traveled multiple galaxies for centuries

Rhinox strength alone is one of the highest out of all these characters.
Coffman casually broke Crosshairs’ finger and flipped him over. He is also a headmaster, which means he can take over the bodies of other transformers.
Mirage fighting Scourge is more impressive than Rinox killing a bunch of fodder.

I don't recall cogman taking over a transformer and him flipping over crosshair isn't an argument for him being stronger than rc and wheeljack. Cogman didn't fight in a battle, he just served as a butler. Wheeljack and rc in the film showed more utility and usefulness to autobots compared to cogman.
Also I said mirage from tf3. Not rotb. Rhinox alone would rip mirage from tf3 into two. I don't even recall if mirage did anything major in tf3

Yes, movement is slow, but when it comes to brute force, I think he’s the top in his class besides bay verse prime, megatron, and scourge. He slammed through the fodder like nothing when Optimus could slowly pull one in half. Yes he had limited screen time, but I think he should be put right there with air-razor

The Powerlevel of the Bumblebee/Rise of the Beasts characters seems much lower compared to the Bayverse. Especially Optimus Prime. In the movie it is even mentioned that he looks like shit. T1 Optimus (and Bumblebee Optimus from the Prologue) should be considerably stronger than his RotB iteration.
But as you mentioned yourself, comparing them to the Bayverse makes absolutely no sense. You cannot scale that shit properly, without contradictions.

ROTB is NOT connected to the bayverse, Steven Caple Junior (the director) said so very clearly in an interview.
And the producer very clearly said it was connected. We have two conflicting statements. Also Caple wasn’t that clear. He said they were still protecting Bay’s side of the universe.

@@_MECHA_ pretty sure all the heights given were official. Keep in mind, the scale chart is only for the individual characters. You can’t compare Bee to Optimus in that scale, as they aren’t to scale in the picture I posted. You can only scale Bee to Bee and Prime to Prime, not to each other.

You clearly didn’t watch the beginning of the video where I explain everything.
Sentinel Prime probably deserves to be above Scourge. Something that sort of seems in disputable in the series is just that shields are pretty strong in meelee combat as they r irl. Sentinel's probably the reason Optimus started using a shield as well and as far as I'm concerned, there isn't anyone in the series who has shown so much dominance against Optimus in a single fight ever. The problem w/ Megatron v Optimus in the first movie is that Megatron was more unhinged, almost depraved and less coordinated; he had many chances to escape but continued to push his luck and even if Sam didnt' push the cube into Megatron, I doubt Megatron could've escaped after tanking so many hits by the military; even Starscream predicted his inevitable loss and just dipped (be it by Ratchet and Ironhide arriving, or another barrage of missiles from the US army). Also Optimus was more focused on saving Sam and protecting civilians and it wasn't a proper 1v1 (alongside the fact Megatron was quite distracted by Sam as well).
Against Sentinel, Optimus resolved his feelings after their encounter in DC and fought Sentinel to his fullest at Chicago. And unlike Megatron in Mission city, Sentinel actually was going to kill Optimus
also the cosmic rust gun is fcking OP af. not sure how Sideswipe survived getting shot but there r some videos on that, but in theory, it should be the most powerful gun in the series. any shot to the chest is an inevitable instant kill. ik he shot Ironhide 3 times but his fate was most likely sealed after the first shot and just wanted to make it go quicker
