    Everyone here needs to understand that these are "His" top 5 bowlers, not the top 5 bowlers ever. That means these are the bowlers he found hardest to play. For example, many batsmen found Murali difficult to play, but Sachin could play him quite easily. So it is subjective to the batsman facing the bowler. So people claiming, Dale stey, mcgrath etc. Maybe KP didnt hard as much a hard time with those bowlers as he did with the ones He mentioned. Be mature.

      might have been during his captaincy they started going downhill. He was a great player and his captaincy started off well then went down ending with 2007 WC crash. One of the criticisms of his captaincy including from the late Bob Woolmer was he let religion fully take over. It was okay idea at start to players all on samepage together but then got out of control. So decline started before he retired. Mind you when you lose a number of great players like Wasim, Waqar, Saeed, Mushtaq etc all around the same time teams have to go into rebuilding and will struggle a bit so credit to Inzi early on to get the side up but from 2006 it went bad.

      @rohitbhushan8855 Před 5 lety +6

      Wow!! Based on just one opinion ? You're one heck of an unscientific person.
      A swing bowler, mostly, has to depend on conditions while a pure pacer does not. A little humid climate with subcontinent type of pitch, there goes your swing bowler having a wicket-less day while a pure pacer, all he has to do is bowling one perfect yorker and bam!! A batsman will be on his way back to the dressing room.
      I'm not saying that the raw pace bowling is always better than swing bowling. Both of them have their own advantages and limitations but saying that swing bowling is better than the pure fast bowling is bit of a stupidity.
      One more thing, one of the most important factors that add an efficiency to both kind of bowling is a 'length'.

    • @akashrana6456
      @akashrana6456 Před 5 lety

      @ rohit .
      I think you are also not clear for what you are saying.
      Pace bowler also depend upon pitch .
      A pitch with no bounce and little bit of dirt comming of from it.
      And pace of bowler comes down to 140 to 145.
      And more than that just compare the records of bowlers.
      Wasim akram, anderson, mcgrath, steyn, bhuvi, zaheer.
      Also bowling is an art it takes several year for anyone to learn the wrist or finger movements.
      And every bowler dosent have the ability to bowl yorker correctly.
