- I caught this gorgeous, brand new front loader slamming back apartment cans on its fourth day on route in Tempe, AZ. It is the city's first brown front loader, and second CNG McNeilus (in addition to two diesel Peterbilt Mammoth trucks). It is also their first "jumbo" front loader, with a carrying capacity of 11 tons of trash. Big thanks to the phenomenal driver! Enjoy!

Cool video, well done!
Charlie gonna lov it
Nice route, only stab, dump, and leave!!!😀
I liked the "whir" noise when the truck was lifting the dumpsters
TheRedPanda That’s the CNrG engine
So thats why the trash truck was making that "whir" noise
Nice! You have some great videos!

Awesome!
Legodude this is a beautiful video, i wish to tell you that Im very enthusiastic about garbage trucks! She's great
wow that's a beauty ! hey...Gorgeous!!!
That's one of the best performing new trucks I've seen, definitely has decent speed and I was impressed with how smooth the dump cycles were. The truck looks awesome too. Really like how they spec'd this one out. Great video, I wasn't expecting a new FL to satisfy some of my craving for good commercial footage lol
They really made sure to spec it correctly, the emphasis was on the legal load weight of nearly 11 tons, and if needed, it supposedly packs damn good on recycle. I was happy to see how quick the arms moved haha
I just remembered I'm probably uploading another FL video next so keep an eye out

Oo
How many drivers required?
I drive this exact same CNG truck with the Mcneilus body and peterbilt cab front loader for waste management and it's by far the quickest front loader on the yard
This one still has some issues, but I was amazed with how fast it is. Where do you drive for WM?
Lake city Georgia been working there since I was 18 I'm 29 now we had to dial back the speed of the arms because it dumped cans so fast lol and I also had problem with the pressure on mines at times I would pack out with 7 measly tons and we found that the truck had pressure issues
This one has packer problems too, probably similar to yours. McNeilus has been out a few times to fix things but it should still be packing more.
legodude24652 I work for waste pro in florida as a diesel mechanic and I will say I'd rather work on our macks than those peterbilts with the cummins, they perform great but a mechanics point of view is different from the drivers. But opinions are like buttholes
awesome catch beautiful truck

Seems like your reving the shit out of it to keep it fast
I don't get why this video has so many dislikes. This wasn't click bait, you got exactly what was promised. Trolls I guess.
lol thanks, seems like the more views a video gets, the more dislikes... oh well
There's nothing like a new truck. That must a little company.
why don't you put meridian in the title? the truck looks gorgeous in those colors
Eso también
Wasn't Dempster the company that created the original front loader?
honestly I'm not too sure, I would reference classicrefusetrucks.com
Mack much nicer inside can.. I have driven both and by far
More room and comfort.. both opearate very similar
Unfortunately we don't have many Macks here in the valley... so I can't say either way on them. I know the Autocar ACX has a lot more room than Peterbilt does, both in the driver seat and the doghouse area.
Wait the Front Loader has a Piston

Why is a municipal service picking up dumpsters?
Many municipalities "compete" in front load. Many have obligations to service city buildings like police and fire stations, parks, etc, and even some dwelling units (whether apartments or otherwise). It's almost always cheaper in the long run than private, so many small businesses favor it, and the money goes back into the community by staying local.
how is this 2017 it's 1977

Nice I also got a peterbilt 320 McNeilus meridian front loader but it is from Republic Services truck 1258 please check it out

Seriously? That colour is horrid. Puppy shit brown... Nice truck otherwise. They don't stay shiny for long in that business, enjoy it.
